Here is the "Interrogatory" that preceded the "HCO Summons"... This is pretty revealing. Not attending events "expected of Scientologists." Appearing to drink excessively? Failing in some area of life, "yet do not seek Ethics help"? "Scientologists who are not participating" or "helping OTC"?
