The “ideal” nuttiness is seeping into every corner of scientology. After 16 years of the "ideal org" program being pushed as the "solution" (and the carrot for release of "OT IX and X"), "ideal" has become a scientology catchphrase. Of cpurse, it is a successful means of getting cash, so why not? There are now ideal orgs, ideal AOs, ideal Narconons, ideal Missions, ideal accommodations and even ideal families... Still, idealiness notwithstanding, it seems life in the scientology bubble is not all unicorns and butterflies. The ideal org program has ground to a slow and painful state of bedr … [Read more...]

Scientology Fair Game
I happened upon the STAAD League "dead agent" propaganda about scientology Fair Game. I thought it might be useful to address it with the real truth. Let's start with what Hubbard ACTUALLY said about Fair Game. Here is the oft quoted 1967 policy letter that lays out the "may be deprived of property or injured by any means... May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed." But there were earlier references to Fair Game in policies of 1965: And this which declares the "homes, property, places and abodes" are "beyond the protection of Scientology Ethics." And this issue … [Read more...]
“Scientology wouldn’t be in the news so much…”
Here is some classic scientology “bubble-think”. It supposes that bad press equals interest in participating in scientology -- rather than the newsworthiness of exposed abuses. With this logic the Catholic Church should be excited about the “interest” shown in Catholicism with the coverage of the ongoing pedophile priest scandal. Not to be too logical about this -- if this was in fact true, how come Battle Creek is unable to renovate the building they have had for more than a decade? And have virtually no staff or public? Hubbard formalized this delusional mindset way back in 1958 in … [Read more...]
Keeping Abuses Secret Under the Guise of Religion
John Redwood posted this on Facebook. I think it deserves WIDE reading. It is the same position scientology takes, and they too appealed the decision to turn over the incriminating preclear folders of Laura Dieckman in her civil case to the USSC. Thankfully, they did NOT win. It is my sincere hope that Watchtower is unsuccessful in this effort to overturn a decision against them. John said the following (I added a link to the petition): Jehovah's Witnesses are appealing to the Supreme Court of the United States, but this time it has nothing to do with preaching or saluting the flag. … [Read more...]
Police Report: CC Int False Imprisonment
A recent escapee from Celebrity Center in Los Angeles filed the report below with the Hollywood PD. They will likely do nothing about it, but the cumulative effect of filing police reports cannot be underestimated. What happened to this woman is SO normal inside the scientology bubble. Nobody there gives it a second thought. This is "normal" and "appropriate" behavior when you are convinced that what you are doing is saving every man, woman and child on this earth and in the universe. What are the human rights of a single individual in the face of saving the universe? It's why … [Read more...]
Regraded Being
Thursday Funnies
OT VIII confront and shatter Unless it's an actual SP. Then it's "run and hide" tech. But the real question is, why would a master o&the universe have to REDO a course like this? Surely she was not PTS? If you apply, you qualify They rounded up the 5 youngest SO members at AOSHUK for this shot. Bantufest.org? The term "bantu" is these days ONLY acceptable as a reference to specific languages, not peoples or cultures. Oops... But then again, most people in the US would have no clue. Uh oh, it's another front group... This is … [Read more...]
The Sad Tale of Jobur Ideal Org – Update
Back in 2014 I did a post entitled Lights Out at Jobur Org. It chronicled the demise of this, the FIRST ideal org. In the time-honored tradition of scientology promo piece illiteracy, they had previously announced their 10 year anniversary with a typo in their own name -- thus the use of "Jobur" in subsequent posts at this blog: Now, we are coming up to 16 years of operation of this first, model ideal org. And they have just sent out a new promotional item -- and this one has no typos. But it does contain a couple of startling facts. This is the largest org in Africa. A … [Read more...]
Flag “OT Committee”
Some more crazy fun from the clapping clubbed seals at the Flag OT Committee. These people are so delusional it is hard to fathom, but this is what happens when you are in an echo chamber bubble of the similarly deluded. They are laughable, but they actually have convinced themselves they are masters of the universe, a new breed of homo novis and far superior in every respect to the poor "wogs" who are not as enlightened as they are. My comments in blue. … [Read more...]
Infinity and Beyond!
Terra Cognita is back with some more thought provoking words. Infinity and Beyond! Scientology isn’t surviving. It won’t survive. It can’t survive. For the time being, the only thing keeping it afloat is getting members to pay for the next this-is-gonna-change-everything, planet-busting project. Over the last few decades, the church has launched one after another. Rest assured, once every org goes “ideal,” church leader, David Miscavige, has something else up his sleeve that will change the world and clear the planet once and for all. Often, these projects involve acquiring new bui … [Read more...]
