Captain David Miscavige, scientology's capo di tutti capo, has reportedly weighed in on the COVID-19 pandemic. But apparently his words are too special to be read by mere "wogs" -- or even any scientologist who cannot get into an org. He issued an IG NW Bulletin (Inspector General Network) "No. 88" where he provides a message of "leadership and care." Having been around when his last "Call to Arms" was issued after 9/11, it is easy to conclude what his message of leadership and care is. (I was originally told to write this issue for him with Lyman Spurlock but of course … [Read more...]

Scientology and COVID-19
You may have seen this pitch and others on Tony's site and social media. Flaunting government guidelines recommending no gatherings of more than 10 people, scientology instead uses the pandemic as a reason to encourage people to COME IN TO THE ORG. It's batshit crazy. Take a read and I will then try to explain the madness from a scientology perspective. Admittedly, that one was before the stricter requirements for social distancing were in force in California, but then, after the Governor ordered that everyone stay in their homes, this one came in: A combination of … [Read more...]
Regraded Being
Thursday Funnies
There were no Funnies last week, so some of these are holdovers and thus slightly dated. Celebrate Verbosity If number of words was the measure of a man, I saw homeless guy who talks to himself constantly on Hollywood Blvd -- his output must be in the hundreds of millions of words/ A new Messiah? Perth? They've got about a dozen scientologists in the whole state of Western Australia (and they are responsible for Indonesia too remember...) Grand delusion. BTW, the Ron's Journal they quote from is 1974. Nearly 50 years ago now... This is … [Read more...]
City Councilman Mark Bunker and Scientology Tax Exempt Status
The news has sunk in, Mark Bunker is now a Clearwater City Commissioner-elect. As Tracey McManus put it, this is a historic day for Clearwater. There is another piece in the Tampa Bay Times (top of article screencapped above) this morning. It makes some interesting points - first of which is noting Bunker's "desire for the city to urge the IRS to revoke Scientology's tax exempt status..." Some have poo-poo'd this idea "The City of Clearwater doesn't grant tax exempt status, the IRS does" -- as if Mark Bunker is unaware of the difference between a city government and the … [Read more...]
Unofficial Result — Mark Bunker Wins Election
This is an historic day in Clearwater. Providing nothing changes as this is made into the official result (not sure when this will be), Mark Bunker is now a City Council member of the City of Clearwater. The scientology backed candidate came in 4th out of 5... Once and for all proving that scientology in fact has NO political clout in Clearwater, let alone Tampa Bay. Congratulations to Mark Bunker! Also Congratulations to Frank Hibbard who will be the new Mayor of Clearwater. The people I feel sorry for are those in OSA Flag. This loss will be blamed on them. It will not be … [Read more...]
Clearwater Elections Today — Vote for Mark Bunker
If you are a resident of Clearwater, please exercise your right to vote today. As I have said since he announced his candidacy, I wholeheartedly support Mark Bunker for Seat 2 on the Clearwater City Council. Mark has changed the landscape of city politics in Clearwater by simply being in the race. He has forced those running for office to have to confront the issue of scientology and its impact on the local community. With no political history and no real "campaign" organized, it has been a word of mouth, grassroots effort. If you don't want scientology to hoodwink the city into the … [Read more...]
Jenna Elfman — A Good Scientologist
A recent article in US Weekly quotes Jenna Elfman about "the controversy" around scientology. She is a shining example of how a good scientologist acts and speaks. Foolishly. While scientologists proclaim they have "the tech" to protect them from suppressive influences and they learn to "confront and shatter" this sort of thing, in fact, they avoid "suppression" at any cost. And by "suppression" they mean anything that is negative or even questioning about scientology. When they are confronted by such things, they run from it. Close their eyes. Hold their hands of their ears … [Read more...]
Flag OT Committee
Just to make a record, every now and then I like to publish the names in searchable form of the clubbed seals that form the Flag OT Committee so if anyone Googles them they might find their names listed here. As a side note, there are lot of former SO members on this list. This is one of the fairly recent weekly commendations that are sent out: The following OT Members are COMMENDED for reporting their stats for W/E 01/30/2020: ALEX ECKELBERRY DIA BORNET KATHY STRASSER RALF HAUG ALICE BELLUCCI DON KARL KATHY WACH RALPH CRISCIONE ALISON OSBORN DONNA BARNA KATHY ZWERS RANDY … [Read more...]
It’s “Damagingly Commercial” – LRH (and some hair-raising Fair Game docs) first published May 16, 2014
See my announcement on Friday -- I am revisiting earlier posts during my vacation. Each day there will be a different one. A Special Correspondent sent this to me and it is an interesting study for a couple of reasons. First -- you can see the contempt LRH had for The Auditor being "damagingly commercial" and "putting emphasis on speed through courses." How do you think he would view the current scene in scientology? The statements made in this Auditor are positively pathetic compared to what is said today about the "speed up the Bridge" and with GAT II ESPECIALLY focused on the " … [Read more...]
