This is the model ideal org that all orgs are supposed to follow... The one manned entirely by Sea Org members (which is NOT able to be duplicated by Class V orgs anywhere else). This says a lot about the state of this org. They need to ROUND UP and CALL IN people in order to have 30 people in the shots.... They don't have 30 people in the org already?
