This pretty much sums up the scientology mindset on the subject of the pandemic.
Not pushing Decon7 or any of the other PR lines about what they are doing to contribute with their photo ops, they talk some real scientology turkey here.
Explaining that people are “restimulated.” Forget the virus, this is their reactive minds, the ones they will eventually realize they are “mocking up” that is causing them to die. The only solution to this, the real problem, is to train more auditors and join staff.
This is literally the answer to EVERYTHING on planet earth.
I wonder if it ever occurs to any of these people (rhetorical question) that IF this really WAS true, people would be knocking down the doors to get in on it. Even if they only had the real solution to COVID-19, let alone all the problems of every man, woman and child on earth and every government and society. But this IS what they claim.
Of course, it is NOT what they actually deliver.
If there was any truth to their claims, after 70 years that secret would have leaked out. It’s not like they are trying to keep it secret. They tell the world all the time. They have a lot more to offer the world than Apple – they just make phones and computers and there are plenty of other competitors. It 40 years on Apple is everywhere and used by billions of people because they are good products that do what they claim. That’s all. If scientology did what it claimed, with NO competitors it would rule the world by now.
This “ideal” org in Auckland might have 4 auditors. They show 4 people. Likely two of them are Supervisors. Like most of the other “ideal” orgs they are invisible and irrelevant. And many of the “small and failing” orgs might have a single auditor if they are lucky. Not quite Apple level of reach.
RoseMarie says
I feel bad for them. They are brainwashed but they are sincere. They want to leave but don’t dare state that out loud. Who wants to work 16 hr days 7 days a week for pennies an hour. Only the hype keeps them there. The must believe or their head would explode 😏
Aquamarine says
“The(y) must believe or their head would explode.” This .
Like being friends with someone who is an abused wife and listening, year in and year out, to her excuses, explanations and justifications for every black eye and bruise. Like Farah Fawcett in “The Burning Bed”.
That’s an extreme example and I don’t personally know anyone who is an extreme victim like this but you get the concept. The abused always explains away the abuse and enables it further. After a while, you realize that they’re a team, kind of. The abuser and the abused, they work together, somehow. They help each other.
That’s how I see these staff, Sea Org and Scn public, as enablers of their own abuse. Because, look, Miscavige could never pull what he pulls on people who weren’t absolutely, 100% cooperating with him and allowing it. His scams are obvious to anyone paying even halfway attention.
What can one do with people like this? I wish I knew.
George Patton says
Evidence of scientology’s belief that coronavirus is purely wog delusion and whose true origins lies in our reactive minds has been displayed vividly by Our Great Leader Dave’s (you don’t mind me calling you Dave, do you?) recent order to have the newly refurbished ideal Bluebird RV buried under 1000 feet of reinforced ideal Concrete with the newly installed Volney Matheison new Ideal Filtration Oxygen Supply System installed.
This installation will protect Dear Leader from any maniacal efforts to penetrate the most powerful homo novis on Earth from any reactive mind tricks SP’s might employ to bring an end to the only hope for mankind’s continued existence and every man, woman and child in it.
Dotey OT says
What it actually does is make you less aware, so that you don’t see it doesn’t work as advertised. Quite a trap, indeed.
Aquamarine says
CL V staff recruitment promo photos have improved. No more fake smiles, fierce dedicated glares and crossed arms. These Auckland folks h actually look warm and friendly. It still won’t help recruit anyone for staff but its certainly an improvement visually as well as strong circumstantial evidence that the cult reads this blog and gives consideration to our J & D ing.
Aquamarine says
Oh, I’m sorry: “J & D ing” = Scn cultspeak for “joking and degrading”.

They fail because their real purpose is to “Own and Control” others and people wake up to this. I’ts quite evil really.

So the solution to what ails our society is”to increase one’s ethical standards and responsibility.” This sounds great for an “applied philosophy.” Sadly, it raises more questions than I can even exhaust. Just to mention a few:
What about web sites created by scientologists in good standing deliberately defaming others?
What about scientologists in good standing applying fraudulent practices to extract “donations?” What about return policy practices that would shame any business operating by wog standards and be impossible to legally sustain were it not for religious “get out of jail free” cloaking? To say nothing of “ethical.”
Fair game operated by scientologists in good standing?
Deceptive sales practices in Narconon by scientologists in good standing?
If you think social distancing is bad try disconnection, practiced exclusively by scientologists in good standing.
What about obstruction of justice engineered by scientologists in good standing? Scientologists in good standing aiding and abetting Danny Masterson is one example of many.
It appears that scientologists in good standing are strangely attracted to nefarious business schemes that are either unregulated such as supplements with zero verifiable benefits or end up in court such as various fraudulent investment schemes.
To say nothing of the scientologist in best standing, El Con, who demonstrably had the ethics of a sewer rat (with apologies to sewer rats) and was highly consistent about at least that much!
And this is just a short excerpt of ethical achievements by scientologists in good standing. Scientologists that will remain in good standing and even be commended as well as receive organizational coverage for practicing these ethics.
And there’s much more where this came from.
Aquamarine says
All sadly true. The Church of Scientology talks a great ethics game. But that’s as far as it goes. They don’t operate ethically. That would be too hard. Anyway, why bother? All they have to do is sound good. Though I’ll say this: sounding good gets them money, but it doesn’t, for the most part, get them staff.
Ammo Alamo says
In Scientology, Ethics is just a punishment game that Hubbs designed to keep the troops walking on eggshells, awaiting their next inevitable slip-up that will bring them into the Ethics office for some expensive and/or exhaustive and sometimes terrifying sec checks. It has worked exactly like that ever since he put it in place. Little DM loves Ethics, too, as long as it applies to others and not himself.
Of all the back-assward transmutations of something good into something evil and self-serving, Hubbard’s twisted version of Ethics, with its incredibly wrong “Most ethical group on the planet” slogan, galls me the most.
But then another slogan, this one quite true, explains Hubbard’s Ethics: “Scientology is always worse than you thought.”
ethics says
Ethics tech is the process by which the church guides and controls the entrapment of the souls of it’s own parishioners and then turns around and places the blame for having done so on the parishioners themselves (nice trick).
The bottom line of church ethics is this:
If the church is going to benefit from what you do, it’s in ethics.
If the church is adversely affected from what you do, it’s out ethics.
Forget anything else, nothing else matters, the above is what matters.
Get out of the trap of their idea of ethics because that is exactly what it is, a trap.
You cannot trap a spirit period, but you can make him think he is, and that is exactly what that technology is designed to do.
Go and be free because you are free, you are not owned by anybody or thing or organization.
You don’t have a reactive mind, you never did, but there are a few that have been lead to believe that they do and this is how they are hooked in and then the real implants (ethics, tech and admin) are laid in.
Aquamarine says
“If the church is going to benefit from what you do, its in ethics. If the church is adversely affected from what you do, its out ethics. Forget anything else, nothing else matters, the above is what matters.”
Fully and accurately yet simply sumnated, Ethics!
The bottom line on Scientology Ethics indeed! Never mind what else Hubbard wrote because they don’t operate on that. THIS is what they operate on, every time.
Aquamarine says
I also like, “Go and be free because you are free, you are not owned by anybody or thing or organization.”
That’s beautiful, and it got right thru to me somehow and made me feel stronger and better. Thank you.

When I joined the Sea Org I was really convinced to become part of the most ethical group on this planet, but in view of the very high prices of the services which never made any sense t me, I established a very firm decision for my financial safeguard. NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY FOR AUDITING. I was then able to train as much as posssible and never paid a cent for any auditing received. I have wasted over 20 years in the process of helping mankind.
Imaberrated says
You must have a massive freeloader bill!
Aquamarine says
I’ll bet you did help people, TT Greco. Just by wanting to. That desire communicates to others, even if you don’t actually do anything for them. They pick up that you want to, and that feels good, experiencing that someone cares – when its real. It lifts a person up.
Loosing My Religion says
It is the only religion where is said thatv you have not really understood or achieved anything until you have reached the top and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Furthermore, what becomes ‘true to you’ or functional for you, requires that you first be convinced that it is so.
When I was on the staff I did many things of a certain scale but I was always just a damn purif completion. No bridge.
That was me and that’s it. Scientology has no merit.
Imaberrated says
Staff are notoriously not gotten up the Bridge, so they’re inferior to the public that do so. If staff have resources, they usually end up paying. Then you have the weird situation where a staff is public and has to be treated as public!
LoosingMyReligion says
Imaberrated. True. When it turns out that a staff has money or an inheritance, it is automatic for him to end up on many regging lists.
And it doesn’t come out until they have sold him everything they can.
The rumor spread immediately and quickly.
They come from all sides (and the org that takes commissions does nothing): advanced org, IAS, Cchr, and others. Interview after interview. And for a while he is even a local hero.

Here it is.

It’s a shame that all those people who did NUTS for OTs died from having a reactive mind rather than diseases like cancer.
Loosing My Religion says
Wynski. Laughing, NUTs for OT? This is one of the best I ever read. In fact mind is still there and still reacts. Genial.
Scott Tweedie says
Just looking at the photo below the Kiwi story, you could be forgiven that it is an advertisement for a funeral home. They are just waiting for you to bring in a cheque and a body!
Aquamarine says
Laughing too. Good one, Wyn.
Joe Pendleton says
Sorry Wynski, but need to correct you here . These people on NUTS did not die because of their reactive minds (they were clear so didn’t have one anymore) … They died because of their BODY THETANS’ reactive minds. Just sayin’ …
Wynski says
Joe, I was joking in context with Hubtard’s blathering about cause of illness vis-a-vis viruses.

Unfortunately, I suspect in many cases, the cause of death reported may well have been hugely divirgent from the real cause of death.
In fact, I would like to say that I was certain about this. But, there is just no way to prove this.

P.S. This is certainly off topic, but I would like to challenge every one who reads this post to visit the web site: http://www.dictionary.com and enter the word “divergent”.
I’ve tried it several times and the message that is consistently returned is as follows:

Did you mean divergent?

Try this for yourself and see? It is quite the puzzle!
Balletlady says

I asked “Do you mean the eye you look out of”…..
He interrupted my question with this response:
“No, just I…like I am going to the store”…..

You are 100% correct Mike, if dianetics and scientology actually worked, we would all still be ‘in’, and there would be a waiting list to get onto services. There would be no need for ‘disconnection’, pressure regging, the RPF, mistreatment of staff…etc.
Oddly enough, one of the steps of the ethics formulas is to look at the actual products and statistics of the group/activity; when you do that objectively, you immediately see behind the curtain of lies and wishful thinking.
Imaberrated says
Lack of expansion is explained away by “forces arrayed against Scientology”. It needs that conspiracy theory mindset to explain why they aren’t succeeding.
Aquamarine says
It explains why they’re NOT expanding and at the same time gets trotted out as PROOF that they ARE expanding. (Because the SPs only howl when Scientology is expanding, don’tcha know.) So Conspiracy Theorism (see I just coined a phrase, maybe I should start my own religion) is a universal solution for ALL their PR problems.
LoosingMyReligion says
Imaberrated. Lrh says about the little or no expansion that the causes are always and only internal. Well here I certainly have to agree with him.
Do you know one thing that is fun about it?
If these “contrary forces” to scn really existed, and they really wanted to remove the cult from the middle of their feet, they would do it in a weekend.
And it would have happened a long time ago.
But they are clearly doing everything alone.

Why are people bickering over this Covid 19…..NO POLITICIAN ON EARTH could have prevented ANY of this from happening as it’s a World Wide Pandemic so WHY keep beating each other up over this political nonsense.
We ARE HERE to help each other, support each other, be kind & caring to each other…let’s try to do better.
Thank You.
Wynski says
Balletlady, here is the “truth” according to the CDC. In my county 0.0012% of the population has contracted Covid. Of that tiny amount of people only 0.038% have died from it.
These numbers are about average for the country. These numbers are about like a serious flu season. People need to LOOK AT THE FACTS and stop listening to anything else.
Avoid getting it like you would a bad flu.
LoosingMyReligion says
Battle lady. Thank you. I saw the link and I replied.
I have been in my 50s for a few years. What matters are the two little ones. Somehow I know I am what they are and somehow they will become. Giving direction for life and also how to understand it is a great purpose.
Aquamarine says
Balletlady, you are a sweet person and I get what you are saying 100%, and agree, but honestly, only an idiot would blame a politician for not preventing the coronavirus. That’s putting the cart before the horse. The issues amongst those who wield political power is not and has never been the issue of prevention but rather of its correct and most beneficial management and containment whilst a cure – presumably in the form of a vaccine for those requiring one, is being developed. Science will take care of this; in the meantime, opinions differ widely and time will tell whose were correct.
Balletlady says
Hi Everyone!
As we all know, this is a world wide Pandemic the proportion of which hasn’t been seen in decades. It’s killed more Americans than the Viet Nam War.
I can’t think of one Country that’s handled it any better than we did. The world at large looks for answers and there is no quick fix. It remains to be seen what the outcome will be as far as just who finds a vaccine that will work.
I never in my life thought I’d ever live to see a Pandemic as devastating and life costly as this COVID 19. We still do NOT know with even close to 100% the lives lost at this point…it continues to grow world wide.
All I can say is that it’s hit our COUNTY hard…..especially in the “line work manufacturing industry”…… people who are essential workers bringing it home to their families.
Our local supermarkets have done their best to protect their employees…but even they are at risk. There was a time that if you wore a mask into a store…you’d be denied entry. Now it’s commonplace & MANDATORY.
I would NOT say this is no worse then the flu or a flu season, this is far beyond that because the symptoms are different in that some are mild & you don’t know you have it. There is a testing facility downtown & they’ve found people positive that thought they were “just fine”…little symptomology.
Masks, gloves, sanitizers, disinfectants, all hard to come by. Meat, beef, chicken, pork frozen veggies, pasta, rice is getting harder to find. I wish everyone well…..take care of yourselves & those you love.

Believe or Else says
Good article Mike! If only that pesky internet wasn’t around, folks might believe some of the claims of this money grubbing group.
The Scientology promotional flyer talks about raising tone. The small amount of good someone may feel from Scientology training or auditing is quickly reduced to rubble by the hammer and pound of constant pressure to donate money. A truthful tagline for this group could be….”Promising spiritual enlightenment, delivering financial rape.”
jere Lull (39 years recovering) says
Believe or Else observed:”If only that pesky internet wasn’t around, folks might believe some of the claims of this money grubbing group.”
It does, and they DON’T — obviously.
If anything about scientology were true, if any of the promises could be delivered, they’d be flooded with suckers banging down the doors to get those magickal powers. And WE wouldn’t be out here taking potshots at their foot-bullets.
Loosing My Religion says
Believe or else. Right. These promo stuff they are sending out someway, are also saying that they never had so much people on Source (even if they are at home).
