A cache of documents that recently came into possession of Christi Gordon contain some things I had not previously seen outside the Sea Org. ED 1598 FLAG about the "Humongous Rundown" is one of them. The "Humongous Rundown" was Hubbard's 1978 solution to staff incompetence (it preceded his subsequent "breakthroughs" to solve this problem including False Purpose Rundown, Key to Life and Life Orientation Courses) -- by staff incompetence is meant the fact that staff were incapable of following Ron's orders and policies, or if by doing so things wen5 badly or stats did not climb. The … [Read more...]
Free Quarantine
Yes, come to Flag and you will still be forced to quarantine. But it’s sort of free -- and in the scientology world, that is a really big deal. They never give ANYTHING away for free. The catch here is that you have to buy their food. Because, of course, if you are quarantined you can’t go out of the building. And you can’t order food from outside to be delivered. So, you can get one of their $20 room service burgers… Can you believe they are still requiring everyone to quarantine? The US doesn't even require a negative test to fly into the country any more. Just another indication of the pa … [Read more...]
Captain Miscavige Wowed ‘Em…
Captain Miscavige made a rare public appearance to deliver the LRH Birthday Game celebration at Flag! Hip-hip-hooray. Here is a description of the momentous occasion provided by the FSC EUS Office. My commentary is in red. On Sunday March 13th Flag held live LRH B Day celebration event! It is available at Flag to see it in full, but here is a flavor of it: COB walked on to endless cheering, whistling and a LONG standing ovation that must have been heard for miles around!! He has missed the adoring sheeple who believe he is "doing what Ron wants," the poor deluded … [Read more...]
Quarantine Award at Flag
Things must be desperate at Flag. They are GIVING AWAY "free" accommodations for your quarantine stay if you come to Flag now and complete a service before March 13. You still have to pay for your food. They're not going to give away something that costs them anything. Putting people in empty rooms only incurs the cost of the lights and some hot water for showers. The rooms would be there sitting empty otherwise. The slave labor Sea Org maids are there -- if they don't have any rooms to clean they have them writing letters. What is most remarkable about this is they still … [Read more...]
New Scientology Trick: Uber Pitches
Here's a new one from a tipster in the Clearwater area: My friend got into an Uber and the driver handed her a scino booklet. See below. My friend immediately got into it with the driver asking why is she promoting a cult during her Uber experience. This is all pretty odd. Flag is NOT a place that wants new public. So, why promote it? As they aren’t trying to recruit, what is the QR code about on the front of this little booklet? Perhaps this is a "goodwill" item trying to get people to come visit the "Community Center" where they can be regaled with videos of the humanitarian works of … [Read more...]
The Year of Target Attainment
This event today is another "milestone" -- celebrating the idea that they will attain their target of 10,000 started on Solo NOTs (not completed...) They have been postulating this for a very long time now. In fact, just this week I came across this issue, from April 2002 -- 19 years ago now: This is so long ago, that they are talking about 10,000 people ON Solo NOTs at one time, all going in session 6 times a day (they revised that target ten or more years ago to being "on or through" as they knew they would never get at the same time even if people were on the … [Read more...]
“Welcome Home”
How sad is this. "AJ" from Minneapolis just arrived at Flag to join the Sea Org. He just graduated high school. No doubt the child of some long term scientologist or staff member. This is the age I joined the Sea Org -- wide-eyed and enthusiastic to save the world. It won't be long before the promises he heard when they were recruiting him are forgotten and he becomes another drone in the money machine that is Flag. He will soon find out that he now belongs to the organization and his free will is meaningless. It used to be a thing to say "A mind is a terrible thing to … [Read more...]
Big News from Flag!!!!
Some hot off the presses "good news" from Flag in the form of an EMail from our old friend Clive Rabey. Apparently LA is "leading the way for the scientology world" with 2 OT VI Comps (meaning two new people auditing Solo NOTs) and one OT VII (Completion of Solo NOTs). Woohoo, that is mind-blowingly awesome. It is the best in the whole world. And not only that. They have 20 people "ready to arrive" once the "travel restrictions"(?) are lifted (I was unaware you could not travel between LA and Tampa?) And this is "totally showing the way how to turn this current crazy social motion out … [Read more...]
10,000 On Solo NOTs Rah Rah
I did a posting in February 2014 entitled 10,000 on Solo NOTs Update. At that time, they announced they have 6,433 who were "on or through" Solo NOTs. That is more than 6 years ago. And they were "targeting" to to be at 7000 by the end of 2014... Not even close. In those 6+ years, they have advanced 1317 or a bit over 200 per year. Of course, that is if you take their figures at face value. Which is always a risky proposition when it comes to scientology statistics. They are stat manipulators and fakers par excellence. You know they have not removed the dead or declared from this list. … [Read more...]
Flag Under “Stay at Home” Order
On Thursday 26 March, a "Stay at Home" order went into effect in Pinellas County. I have included the complete order at the end of this post. The order does NOT have an exemption for "religious organizations." Among other things it says that people should stay AT HOME (including in the definition of "At Home" a dormitory, apartment, hotel or motel), remain at a distance of 6 feet from others and not congregate in groups of more than 10 people. It also specifically states: "All public and private gatherings of any number of people not meeting CDC guidance outside a family unit, … [Read more...]
