Here is some new hype from the original St Hill (and now home to the infamous IAS "Eunuch Man" statue): Dear Xxxxxx, I wanted to inform you of the great expansion that is happening at Saint Hill right now. First of all, you will be pleased to know that we are experiencing an incredible OT boom, having people come from all around the world to do their OT Levels. In fact we now have 127 people auditing on the Solo OT Levels. The expansion does not end there, in fact, we are right now finishing the construction of our Central Qualification Organization that will be manned by a total of 40 Sea … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies on Saturday
The weekly funnies were pre-empted by the Aftermath Announcement on Thursday. I didn't want to waste the work that went into putting this together, and there are some classics in here... Rhythm of the Night... In the Afternoon? With sketches performed by our staff. They're one mixed up bunch in Malmo With two decades of Clearwater PR experience... She sure knows how to create that PR Area Control Bet this is a raver... A conference is supported by Government of India I wonder who exactly and if they know this is … [Read more...]
Sailing into the Sunset Part 2
A continuation of the post from Wednesday "Sailing into the Sunset." They kindly include a sort of "Summary" for each continental area and their progress towards "ideal" status. It is quite revealing. They also have a key that details the different "milestones" along the way to actually getting a new building. Woohoo -- what used to be a single "accomplishment" of moving into a new building (this happens all the time in the "wog" world, in scientology it is some major accomplishment) they have now broken down into 8 separate "accomplishments" so they can pat themselves … [Read more...]
Sailing into the Sunset
The Annual "Maiden Voyage" celebration aboard the Freewinds was as underwhelming as it was overhyped. I have finally found a few minutes to review the International Scientology News edition reporting on the "week of events"... A few things of note. Of course, the feature of the magazine was Captain Miscavige, Chairman of the Bored, Ecclesiastical Leader of the Scientology Religion for Tax Purposes Only and leading candidate for the role of Uncle Martin in the Netflix remake of My Favorite Martian... He still proudly (and cynically) wears his "wedding band" so nobody asks him … [Read more...]
The “Model” Ideal Org
4 years ago, David Miscavige turned LA Org into the "model" ideal org by importing 200 Sea Org Members and turning it into a "Sea Org" org (specifically not the model for orgs around the world...) This is supposed to be the shining example of what a Class V organization could be (if manned with 200 SO members)... They have just sent out an announcement celebrating 4 years of model idealiness. The idealiest org of all has 200 staff working a Sea Org schedule, 9am - 11pm 7 days a week and produces 665 "Clears and NED Case Completions" in 4 years.. Let's just call this 600 Clears … [Read more...]
Scientology: Children in the Sea Organization
This is a follow up to yesterday's post about scientology promoting for 3 month old infants to get "auditing" and children being put through the grueling Purification Rundown. This is the next step in "get em while they're young." Signing up 10 year olds for the Sea Org. This kid cannot be more than 10 years old... likely younger. And there appear to be 2 Sea Org members standing over him, as he signs his billion year contract. This is not an isolated random incident that happened to be caught on camera. Here you can see this boy and another kid on stage. The “AO L … [Read more...]
Chelsea Handler Coming to Scientology HQ
Chelsea Handler is coming to Clearwater as part of her comedy/book tour. I do not believe it is accidental that Clearwater is included among the list of cities she is visiting -- NY, LA, Houston, Miami, DC, Boston, Chicago, SFO, Seattle etc. All MAJOR markets and a couple of college towns (Madison WI, Durham NC) and then little old Clearwater... What could possibly be the reason? And at the Ruth Eckerd Hall, where earlier this month David Miscavige and Dan Sherman conducted the clapping seals for the annual L. Ron Hubbard Birthday Event as they have done every year since the … [Read more...]
IAS Games — Happy Birthday Ron
I have often noted that L. Ron Hubbard knew nothing about the formation of the IAS. He did not as it was a scheme to avoid bringing money into the US and therefore outside the purview of the IRS. The IAS morphed into something completely different over the first few years of its existence, especially after the Commodore shuffled off his mortal coil to continue his OT research in parts unknown. While it is in direct contradiction to much of his policy, I suspect he would have enjoyed how much money it raked in and gotten behind it. But he didn't and we will never know for sure. But how … [Read more...]
Miss NY — Unwitting(?) Scientology Shill
Father and daughter scientology fundraisers Meghan and Ben Fialkoff have apparently pulled off a small coup by persuading "Miss New York" to endorse them. You can see they are promoting her in their promotion here: And here is the video of Miss NY -- you will note she doesn't say anything about what program she is endorsing, just that she is talking to kids about drugs. I would bet Miss NY knows nothing of the real activities of the Fialkoffs. They are full time scientology pitchers/fundraisers. I wonder if Miss NY understands that the news of her "endorsement" … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies on Saturday
Yeah, Mental Health is Suppressive And this special OSA Int Speaker is nobody... The Special OSA Int Speaker... Looks like Jesse has actually been sent there on mission to try to get this craphole ready for Miscavige to yank his ribbon. Not really special. A flunky who could be spared from OSA Int and they parlayed that into some status to try to attract suckers. They're "clearing" some city, apparently not Santa Barbara any more. Those words are now forbidden. Soar to your eternity? Seems like its sort of inevitable, so what's the point … [Read more...]
