10 Million Scientologists – Where Are They?
Another in the Sunday Redux series. This one was originally published on March 25, 2013. Scientology's "massive international expansion" has become almost a mantra of David Miscavige and his clone spokespeople (mostly lawyers these days) that send letters to the media. At least in the US it seems the spokespeople are no longer allowed to speak . This is the first in a series of articles that will examine the FACTS about this supposed “massive international expansion”. How Many Scientologists? Corporate Scientology shouts from the rooftops that there are 10 million members wor … [Read more...]
Scientology Responds To Paul Haggis — Sort Of
The Hollywood Reporter published an open letter written by Paul Haggis this morning. In typical Haggis style, he zero'd in on the crux of the matter and showed himself once again to be a man of principle and dignity who clearly articulates his calm and well reasoned points. Of course, Karin (David Miscavige) Pouw just HAD to respond. In a page out of their normal "attack the attacker" playbook, they launched an illogical, poorly composed ad hominem assault on Paul Haggis. It does not respond to a SINGLE POINT of his Open Letter. It is so ridiculous that I am reprinting it here in full. Th … [Read more...]

Here are some photos taken by our good friend Terry Brawley. He is not just a talented stained glass artist and wildlife guide and kayak explorer, he is also a great photographer. He is one of many we have to thank for making this such a wonderful day. … [Read more...]
Wedding Update
A quick update -- we don't have official wedding photos yet. This shot was taken by Karen DelaCarriere. Many friends were in attendance, quite a number of whom are still here. It was a thoroughly enjoyable time, and its still ongoing. Thanks to all who have sent such kind messages. They mean a lot. We truly feel that the most important thing in the world after family is our friends. And we are blessed with an abundance of wonderful ones. … [Read more...]
Truth In Advertising Update and Wedding News
One of our Special Correspondents sent in some additional information concerning Matt Feshbach's skill in applying financial policy to his life (see earlier post here). Gives a less than complimentary picture of his history. It is not that I have any personal vendetta about Matt Feshbach or anyone else. It's that he is still held up as a poster child of success, and it is a lie. Here is the update: - Matt closed down his Feshbach Brothers fund on the west coast years ago, having taken investors’ money. - Additionally, he started a company on investors’ money – called FatPipeU, a broad … [Read more...]
Scientology.org v. Rinders Blog
This analysis provided by J. Swift. Interesting.... Thanks for all your support :) 1. Scientology.org is down 30.83% in the past one month. There was a seven day blip up 20% coincident with Portland Ideal Org grand opening and the attendant controversy over the photoshopped image. 2. Mike Rinder with a new blog -- and no billion dollar cash bank account -- powers out of Non-E with an 80% + change in one month: 3. Using Alexa to compare Mike Rinder with Miscavige Inc., we see that Rinder's blog is overtaking Miscavige! … [Read more...]
The Missions of Scientology — Where Are They?
Again, it is unfortunate for David Miscavige and the Church of Scientology that they now have a listing of all Missions on their website. The 1993 edition of "What Is Scientology?" gives a perfect 20 year comparison of the period that Miscavige routinely calls our “greatest expansion in history". And that comparison is not pretty -- and certainly doesnt fall into the category of "greatest periods of expansion." What do Ideal Orgs Have To Do With It? As you may be aware, David Miscavige himself announced that every “Ideal Org” would be the central point for expansion in its zone – put … [Read more...]
Who Is To Blame For No Superpower? YOU, of course… Updated
Another in the now familiar pattern of “blame it on you” from Radical Corporate Scientology announced that Super Power cannot be released until 500 MORE sign up for the Sea Org. The “thousand” already recruited just wasn’t enough it seems…. David Miscavige needed a new excuse as to why this "vital tech that will salvage planet earth" (and was promised in 6 weeks in 1979) STILL isn't being employed to Clear the Planet. It became obvious that the problem really wasn't that it required a special building and not enough money had been raised (odd, there was NO mention of special buildings for Sup … [Read more...]
