I just watched Brian’s interview with Mark Bunker on Sunday.
I thought he was really frustrated with trying to get his money back, so I could see why he ended up signing the statement. Good for him to come out now saying “They (sci) don’t speak for me.”

Plenty of money to be made by the lawyers here, this will drag on and on, why win a case when you can make money, why cure cancer when you can make money. The drama will go on and on, the small ineptitudes on both sides subtly played as they always do. But there is a hole in the dyke little Davey better stick your finger in it and hold onto the grounding rod cuz whats coming next will blow a fifty amp fuse.

Ray Jeffrey’s letter was a work of art! This is a great time for all of us that have left the matrix…the ship is sinking rapidly! I think DM needs to take a look at his contingency plans or he may soon be exposed for the criminal he is! I also think that you, Mike Rinder should write a book. I would buy it in a heartbeat. Totally agree on Jeffrey’s letter. Brilliance. His performance at Debbie’s hearing was a historical moment; a real turning point. That toothpaste ain’t never going back in the tube. Lest anyone forget, that was the moment when Miscaviges and Scn Inc savagery and sadism became an undisputed permanent matter of court record. Having a guy like him onside is heartening and I now can’t wait to see the unravelling continue to its only possible conclusion. Shit Dave, what ya going to do?

Mike, it was always plain to me that Brian Culkin was possessed of integrity. Only the twisted
manipulation of his having followed the “church’ protocols (the most vile, treacherous “ecclesiastical declaration” ) given on the clear understanding that it was made subject to the “strictest confidentiality,” —— only to find —– there’s no such thing,—- when dealing with the church of miscavology. Bearing in mind, that he had only been a scientologist for little over a
year, that appears scant time for him to have been apprised of the viper pit he was climbing in to. That would have to include the “un-church-like” vicious fair – gaming of him by people
he probably considered as friends. The “mind- control” manipulation, is still very much alive
and well, and at the behest of those who use it use it without conscience on the trusting ones.

True, but Brian cannot proof it. The cult will claim they did inform him properly. Maybe they will also say that they offered legal help. So this will not be relevant in court.
The cult uses the Fair Game order, you know that means lying is part and parcel now. Do not think they will not fight. It is a big win for Garcia so far. But let’s be cautious nevertheless.
True that Brian cannot prove it, but my point is that by telling him it was for internal use, then turning around and using it in the litigation, they have created the situation where they have pissed Brian off and turned him into a liability for them in this litigation, and they compounded the problem for themselves by their stupid motion in which they falsely claimed he would not appear in Florida due harassment of him by the Garcia/independent side. It is just stupid tactics on their part.
What if Brian could prove it?

HE might have to break out a Way To Happiness Booklet before long, screw the Dianetics booklets. Besides too much reading in the latter for HIS highness.

The ball of twine does unravel doesn’t it. I have a feeling that there is light at the end of this very long tunnel and a little midget is on his way out. When the Garcias win this there is going to be one hell of a long line of others joining in.

I was very suspicious about many rumors regarding Brian.
The interviews I saw with him were very genuine – at least this was my guts feeling.
I like him and wish him all the best.

Only those who have been OSA’d properly can understand, what Brian must have gone through. It can be pure hell. Wanting his money back and again trusting ‘them’, must have been a delicate act. Even considering to employ his own attorney might have put the church off their deal for him to get his money. So I am not surprised to learn he did it all on his own. Again putting faith where a sword would have been more appropriate.
That Brian now stands up, yes indeed rises, is a quality, many within the church read and talk about, but have lost: Personal Integrity – in capital letters.
The world admires integrity. It is simply a question of standing up for it. I have often been surprised by how difficult a situation may seem, and by how easily it resolves simply by summoning up a few words of integrity. Light in the darknes is not more effective than integrity.

Does Culkin have a claim against the church now? Or maybe even Miscaviage personally if it comes out he was behind the whole thing?
I’m sure that is being considered. But it is *very* expensive to go after this particular entity. As we’re seeing with the Garcias (who have deep pockets), they’ll drag it out for years, even if they know they’ll lose. “Destroy” is their operative word. No matter the cost to them, destroy the enemy. Such suits are not only expensive, they are emotionally exhausting and eat up large portions of one’s life.
