Re-stimulation is a real word in the lingo. Basically, it is a reliving of a past trauma in present time. Someone is upset about A and is transferring that upset to B. Also referred to as “keyed-in”. The solution is to audit out, or relieve the the “earlier similar” upset and then one is able to more clearly see the current issue as it really is without the influence of the original upset.

I can relate to your sentiments there, but would hasten to suggest that compassion costs nothing to provide and very regularly pays unexpected dividends. IMO, it’s never a wasted emotion because manifesting it on a regular basis does as much or more for those who can maintain it than it does for those who are its beneficiaries.

Its hard, though, when you’re standing there watching people destroy themselves. That title that Lawrence Wright thought up: “The Prison of Belief” was genius. Its hard to watch people imprison themselves, and have patience. For me, anyway. In Scientologese I could say that I have a “button” on this sort of thing – watching people self destruct and not being able to help. I know this drill, LOL. But you’re right, I know you are, and what you say is the right and the winning attitude for all concerned.
Ain’t that the truth! My first couple of years out of the church were with independent auditors. What a difference!! ( how many more exclamations marks before you think this is a church ad? ) I finally got to audit out all the BS from being in and have no desire to “go up the bridge” any more. Although i can still access any of the parts that i think were good. There are so many wonderful people that got out its no surprise that only the truly brainwashed are still auditing in the church.

Yeah, I hear you Ed. Much the same sort of thing happened with me too. In retrospect I used Scientology to get out of “Organised Scientology” and to be able recognize what I personally found to be useful in it as a subject (nothing really is as it seems with Scientology). One thing I did work out about it is I found out that there’s no value to listen to others too closely about it, especially if they take it seriously. The doom and gloom and end of days stuff is a scam tool.
Yep, the concept of a Bridge, if it exists at all, is yours and yours alone to believe or not, disregard or not as you see fit. All I really know from my experience is that, “if organised Scientology sells it, it’s a trap and a scam and as a group they are probably more mentally destructive than any other cult. Hubbard has been pretty effectively thrown in the trash, just on his treatment of his followers and shipmates alone, let alone his marketing strategy.
These are sure interesting times we are witnessing and in many ways I’m grateful to be getting old and not a player anymore. But the ‘celebritism’ developing that the media creates and relies upon is quite something. In Scientologese I could say that I have a “button” on this sort of thing – watching people self destruct and not being able to help. I know this drill, LOL. But you’re right, I know you are, and what you say is the right and the winning attitude for all concerned.
Ain’t that the truth! My first couple of years out of the church were with independent auditors. What a difference!! ( how many more exclamations marks before you think this is a church ad? ) I finally got to audit out all the BS from being in and have no desire to “go up the bridge” any more. Although i can still access any of the parts that i think were good. There are so many wonderful people that got out its no surprise that only the truly brainwashed are still auditing in the church.
If the people still in still wanted to audit they would be astounded at how cheap and easy is it once they step out. With no regging or make wrong.
Yeah, I hear you Ed. Much the same sort of thing happened with me too. In retrospect I used Scientology to get out of “Organised Scientology” and to be able recognize what I personally found to be useful in it as a subject (nothing really is as it seems with Scientology). One thing I did work out about it is I found out that there’s no value to listen to others too closely about it, especially if they take it seriously. The doom and gloom and end of days stuff is a scam tool.
Yep, the concept of a Bridge, if it exists at all, is yours and yours alone to believe or not, disregard or not as you see fit. All I really know from my experience is that, “if organised Scientology sells it, it’s a trap and a scam and as a group they are probably more mentally destructive than any other cult. Hubbard has been pretty effectively thrown in the trash, just on his treatment of his followers and shipmates alone, let alone his marketing strategy.
These are sure interesting times we are witnessing and in many ways I’m grateful to be getting old and not a player anymore. But the ‘celebritism’ developing that the media creates and relies upon is quite something. What a volatile thing it can be, the tide flows in strange ways within it, similar to what it does to and within politics. I truly hope the truth can continue to breath and sees it through to the termination of that evil cult. Time will tell – the final battle has yet to be won. Nothing would be worse than to see Scientology linger on for years & years with our families members still stuck in it.

Well I have to be a good boy for a while so i had to go to this event. I saw only first 2 hours of the film (it was at least an hour more) and after my thinking mechanism almost stoped to work and I was ready to start laughing loudly I spotted that there are no one who know my face (almost 2 years out) and on the doors was only one young and pale stuff boy, so I run away. Here are things that shocked me most (now after this blog, Chris Shelton, Jeffry Augustine, bunker and Aaron smith-levin, after a&e)
Some critical bulletpoints
– new record of square footaging (best regards to mark Headly)
– all ideal orgs booming like crazy, valley 15x, Miami 7x, San-Diego 5x, Copenhagen 3x in just 2 weeks after it was opened, Auckland 6x, Milano (with 60 auditors) and etc…
– “80 000 people day see valley org driving on 101 highway” (how many entering???)
– santa-Barbara is making a genius move relocating to Ventura.
– San-Diego has 20 new public on course every day.
– Tampa and Miami sometimes make up to 5 clears a week.
– to make org ideal is the only way to make it booming, pictures of dirty and dark rooms of old orgs, videos about how new ideal orgs are fool of people.
– not a word about non ideal orgs.
– usuall story telling “he started his first course had a huge wins and joined stuff next day”, “from purif to clear in 23 days”
– all executives for ideal orgs are now training in double saint hill size model ideal org of los-angeles and become so badass that after returning dissimenation is imminent.

Not surprised that reality finally sets in for most clams. The abuse of Lron’s system that results in more income for the mOrg is the leading cause of defections. $cientology was built to survive the certain exodus of each and every member. Now that don’t have enough new meat coming in, the deflation of the Clamiverse is an easily measured statistic.

Yes indeed. Although I’m not so sure the Underground Bunker has as many scruples as they should and the timing of some of the articles on that site has been lousy recently. Tony is fickle and acts like a blunt instrument at times. His journalist “smash ’em first’ tendencies get the better of him. However, in any battle any ally is better than none I suppose.
But yes, reuniting families is the top priority, whatever it takes!

That’s an interesting post reply 77. I’ve been in battle before and this one with Scientology is wicked and personal, some of my family is being held prisoner. The one aspect of going to war with something that is dangerous in itself is the lack of co-ordination of people fighting a common enemy. In my opinion everyday is new day and Ortega would be better suited if he co-ordinated his attacks a little better imo. He has allies too but likes the limelight of a new story just a bit too eagerly. I’m referring to his speed of getting the Pastor Rice story/letter out and its consequences.

Thus, no constructive conversation can ensue and no constructive change can occur.
