I wish I could do a roll call, and name names. I wonder about them.
Friday morning, having latent Thanksgiving thoughts, I was thankful I hadn’t lost my own child to the SO,
At 15 and 16 they went off, children of the org, staff, field, groups,… off to the SO.
Families moved to LA or FLag to join or live closer for bridge sometimes, and some kids stuck while the parents bailed or failed, and I’m thinking of those, tiny tots and little kids, destined to be recruited by puberty.
I haven’t seen some of these kids since the early 80’s, 90’s… and too many have still stuck it seems.
I lost a lot to this cult.
But I didn’t join the SO at 17, though at the time I really felt in my heart it was morally the right thing to do. I overcompensated for years on staff everywhere I went.

Someone who is really IN
they’re so far far beyond our reach, our every aspect and utterance negates us.
All those lost children.
but only lost to me forever if I called their names…..
The reason I rejected scientology is because of the deterministic worldview that one gets from studying it, people indoctrinated in scientology end up like Jimmy thinking they have no power and ability.
PERFECT RB, absolutely perfect. From all I saw during my time in the sea org it is timeless.
And thanks for the new word “vainglorious”. Totally applicable.

Hooray for Kelly! She finally gets it! Now, once she recovers from the hangover, she can, wait for it, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
