Inspired by the comic I watched the Scientlology network on YouTube. A bunch of non-church actors were acting out precepts of the Way to Happiness. It was well filmed but extremely simplistic. Then some people started talking about how scienology made things awesome but it was too awesome to describe so all they could show was bright lights and muzak.
…Great One Again RB! It is very interesting to see how complicated the thought patterns of Scientologists have had to become in order to continue to exist as one… when LRH lectured, stressed and promoted “The Power Of Simplicity”… Food for thought.
Hi, Mike. Long time no write to. Before you ask, yes, my granddaughter you so gently asked about almost a year ago is doing wonderfully. Such a blessing. You’re determination to continue your fight against human trafficking, virtual enslavement, probable money laundering, illicit appropriation of passports, continulal scare tactics and incessant bullying isn’t just brave, it’s over qualifying as a human being. Sir, you are only to be admired and emulated. Thank you in the name of all of those people you’ve helped, and those yet to come.
PS:I know you’re not a god, just a guy, but a really nice.one. By the way, they named her Riley.
As always another wonderful Regraded Being. Laugh, cry, who knows what to do? I imagine there are actually more cos members having these types of conversations than we’re aware of. Maybe I’m one of them. Oh, wait! I forgot I’m not a scientologist. Whew! That was a close one!
Just sickening. Is this really what it’s like to be trapped in the Scientology cult? What a freakin NIGHTMARE. How did Mike Rinder and Leah Remini et al ever manage to escape from the mountain high mounds of cult installed barbed wire surrounding their minds. Just a HORROR FEST.
Yep, “nightmare” and “horror fest” are great descriptive words that only scratch the surface of the hellish iceberg that is scientology.
Hell is indeed scientology.
Get your sec check, and report to the registrar and piss away your family’s wealth… oh, and look, here comes David Miscavige to view that project you were working on…
The cult has come out with the most unbelievable post yet. Comes from someone shown as OT V111, under the aftermath post. Says that since the cult network is soo successful that they are using Catholic priests for help with all the extra exorcism of BT’s needed. Being Catholic I checked as only the Vatican can approve one. They are at their lowest level of exorcism in decades. Called my parish and after laughing said good, have them send people as we have an large cult awareness program. Seems the midget screwed the poof on this one.
Thank you Mike, your sacrifice now will hopefully free many who are still in scn. What this is doing is a kind of recovery from an abusive relationship. We all know there is NO love in scn, only on the outside. So showing people the reality that exists instead of the lie they’ve been told by this cult is the best form of love. The only greater form is if you lay down your life for another human being. Keep up the good work bro!

Re: WTF?
How in the hell can you do a Scientology version of ‘Hogan’s Heroes ‘? The show takes place during World War II, years before Dianetics even came out!
The only Scientology related thing going on then was L Ron Hubbard was in command of a Naval Corvette blowing Mexican merchant ships out of the water thinking that they were Japanese submarines! Oh, I get it! In the pilot episode, Hogan finds a copy of ‘Excalibur ‘ and uses it to run process on Colonel Klink and Sergeant Schultz, auditing them both to Clear and then programming them to go to Berchtesgaden and eliminate Hitler, thus paving the way for a theta Nazi Germany.
Yeah. That’s gotta be it!
Spoiler alert, everybody! Spoiler alert!
HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!!!!! What wonderful news! They’re forging ahead, gaining new ground. Oops. I was reading that graft upside-down. Never mind.
I have to wonder if we won’t see Scientology airing it’s dead agent packages on it’s channel right before a new episode of Leah’s show comes out. Heck, it might even shake a few nuts loose from the tree.
If indeed they are so stupid as to air Taryn’s video then they would be wide open to a Defamation lawsuit and bring on more public press. Any sane organization would eschew that action……. but this is scientology and a demented midget we are dealing with.
Forcing Taryn into a civil court would likely result in her ejection from the SO and kicked to the curb. Unsure which way she would respond in that occurrence.
IF Taryn was forced into testifying and then kicked to the curb, it’d certainly be a shock to her, but in a good way: She’d be forced to deal with how the real world really is, not what she’s been told. Heck, she might even figure out that her Dad isn’t the ogre she’s been led to believe, but someone w who really does love her.
Side issue: AFAICT, nothing in Scientology admits the existence of love. The closest they get is the much watered-down “affinity”, which can be destroyed at a whim. Sad…. Similarly, the 2nd dynamic is trivialized into being primarily about sex. Heck, I love the activity, couldn’t get enough of it while I was physically “up” for it, but marriage and child-rearing is much more than Tubby’s tendancy to leave a deposit then let the woman deal with the fallout. Seems the most he was involved with one of his offspring was when he kidnapped Alexis to Cuba.
So sorry that this is happening to you Mike, and sorry that your daughter has become so brainwashed to go to this extent. All of that has me even more interested in the next series of your documentary on A&E and also to send off another donation to the Aftermath Foundation in hopes that at least one victim of this cult can escape.
“it’s such a great time to be a $cientologist’??? WTF??? Yeah great time to be sucked into going all over the world for ‘Grand Openings’ and proving your fealty to the COB.

Mike, I hope one of your blog posts will mention why all of a sudden your daughter is on Twitter with this “campaign” for her mother. It is so obvious that she was told to do this. Sorry you have to deal with this garbage.
LOL. Me being me I followed Taryn. I follow a lot of folks I disagree with, so I can see what they say. And since I have ten twitter accounts, if they block me on one, I use another.
Mike, it’s heartbreaking to see Taryn just blindly trying to slime you. I wish I could shake her and get her to wake up but when I was like Taryn–a gung ho koolaid drinking robot–no one could have succeeded with me either. I’m hoping that something happens in her life, like it did mine, that causes her to start questioning things. Meanwhile, so thankful you and Leah are creating Season 3. The cult has got to be gnashing its teeth on anything it can attack and chew on over this. Using Taryn as a quarterback on the field to hurt you is pathetic but not surprising.
Appreciate you so very much ♥️ As well as Christie and the boys who carry on without you being there. Love to you all ♥️
This may be a very controversial opinion and NO disrespect to Mike Rinder intended, is intended, but…deep breath… Taryn is behaving like a woman scorned.
And PLEASE I’m NOT implying anything sexual! Please!
What I’m saying is, sure, as a dedicated koolaid drinker and Sea Org Member she is following Miscavige’s orders to a T (no choice about that) but what’s fueling her obvious zeal to do so is jealousy.
I think she’s furiously jealous that her father is married again and has a child with Christie that he loves and cares for along with the son he loves and cares for very much from Christie’s first marriage.
I think if she read what I just wrote Taryn would sneer and deny her anger at the way life turned out for her but I believe that in her heart of hearts rages the fury of woman scorned; a daughter scorned, if you prefer., and she’s seething with bitterness and resentment, not because her father scorned her, but because she grew up in the Sea Org and never had what she really wanted from her father, or possibly from her mother either, for that matter.
PS: And I also think that the fact that her father met and fell in love with and married a woman not much older than she is (or possibly younger? Not sure about this ) fuels her jealousy in no small way also.
Ok, sorry if I’ve made anyone nuts and I’m totally willing to be wrong about this and you can feel free to pile on if/as necessary 🙂
Nothing to do with jealousy (Christie is older than Taryn) — this exclusively has to do with what scientology policy dictates must be done to “attack the attacker” and “destroy enemies.” That is all.
Ok, Mike. I’m glad to be wrong about this, actually. For some reason I didn’t expect you to reply but I appreciate that you did and I apologize if what I opined was hurtful or offensive to you. That was not my intention. Much love and support to you in dealing with this.

Taryn’s claim to fame is that she is Mike’s daughter. If that allows her to be used for PR and maybe get some extra rations and deferential treatment, I hope Mike gets some satisfaction from that. Taryn will wake up when she perceives she has been unjustly treated by the church. Like the thousands who have left before her. That time will come. Does anger and scorn play into this. I imagine they are part of the rainbow of emotions she feels and is being fed or manipulated with. She is in an odd situation, for sure. Lets hope that when they burn her, as they will, it burns hot enough for her to find her way back home.
