RB is a genius! I am in awe of his talent! His ability to see through the cognitive dissonance with humorous wit and satire is just brilliant! Don’t Stop RB. We need you every Friday. Your cartoon makes my week!
Meanwhile, that devil-man Miscavige allegedly has the use of FOUR apartments combined into one for his personal berthing in Clearwater, and other apartments in Los Angeles and Gold Base that we know about.
According to the scion im speaking with thru DM’s on twitter- he’s entitled to his lifestyle because he is essentially a CEO/CFO and deserves to live the way he does… It apparently doesnt matter that they claim they are a church….
Kat, the church portion of your argument is not relevant. What IS relevant is possible inurement. Why? Because it is supposedly a charitable org. There are no laws in the USA against Church leaders being paid large salaries (as that would be an illegal law). Many church leaders get big buck and extravagant digs.
Go after what is illegal to make headway with the gov’t.
All those poor Sea Org staff owe a debt of gratitude to Mike, Leah, and all who have been shining a light on the abuses of scientology and its “leadership”.
Any slight uptick in Sea Org standard of living is not because of COB’s benevolence, but because of the laser spotlight of the world’s attention. COB doesn’t give a fuck about the welfare of Sea Org members unless he feels threatened.

Have you never read any of Kat’s posts? She doesn’t get told what to do. She is the one who tells others what to do.
As a matter of fact, one good approach to getting this scam shut down would be to have Kat record some messages and then fly a helicopter over the monster’s compound and repeatedly play her messages targeted to him.
I’d wager that would cause him to self-destruct pronto.
I would try that, but that sort of sustained torture has been declared illegal. I could sing to them but the carnage would be too great for Clearwater to handle, and I think the midwest is enough national disaster for now!
I was in but have been UTR for a while now. I have been looking for a while now at the internet and watching all of the shows on HBO and A&E. Wow! What a betrayal of significant magnitude to find out the entire Scientology gig is nothing but a sham. I love these RB cartoons because he/she depicts exactly what Scientology is.
I am working at getting people I know and care about out. I can tell you the majority of Scientologists are in serious doubt. What will help them finish that condition formula is to LOOK at both sides. Clearwater has a bill board about looking at both sides put out by SMP. I decided to tell my loved ones that in order to know both sides – you have to look and decide for yourself. They are now going on the internet and I am getting “WTF’s” each day.
It is fun to help people come to their senses and get honest and straight. It just may save their lives.
When I have succeeded at getting everyone out that I care about – I will go public.
Thanks Mike for all you do.
Insoucciently Ignorant, THANK YOU for getting the KA drinkers to LOOK and decide for themselves. I wish you the best in getting as many out as you can and then in going public on the blogs and in the world. You’re doing good work!
Hats off to you, I.I. I’m a never-in, so I can’t imagine how hard it must be to leave that accursed cult, so here’s a big virtual pat on the back. Instead of a bogus “saving the planet” now you’re starting to save real people – your family and loved ones. I’m on Mike’s blog most days; welcome aboard.
Good for you! I wish I had been able to do that with my son and my family (siblings etc), but some of them absolutely would not have “looked” at both sides. Cannot wait to hear your stories, it will be so interesting. It gives me a lot of hope…………..thanks again.
That’s RB’s work is so cool.
It is just a cartoon, not a side.
Am considering to collect all the RB’s Sea Org dudes cartoons and sending them to my son somehow.
Insouciantly find that LRH refereence where he says that “if someone tells me to look at something (or read, etc) I’m liable to do so. If someone tells me NOT to look, I’m liable to DO so.”
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and words of encouragement. I have loved this blog for quite some time now. Oh believe me Wynski – I use nothing BUT LRH on my loved ones and friends! It works too. The way out is the way out the door. LRH sucked us into his cult. If you use his tech – it will get you out. One thing I noticed is the invalidation and nullification that coarses through the Scientological veins of the Organization. One can never do or give enough to Scientology. You are clear one year and then not clear the next, It is constant confusion disguised as certainty.
I would like to see a picture of that billboard. That should make it totally okay to take a look at the forbidden zone. I have a granddaughter that is on staff that needs to see the light!
Yeah he was. But really, he was only ever the water boy for the intergalactic footy team. Hubbard was a talent scout at the time… and as they say – the rest is history.
I read that the current minimum age for joining the sea org is now sixteen which is still much too young.
One time in LA I decided to chat with a Hare Krishna dude who was marching around on the sidewalk to see if I could “talk some sense into him” which didn’t work. He remained a “pre scientologist” from my point of view back then.I never tried it with a Mormon or JW.
In the 1970’s I don’t recall being exposed to too much of the space opera. This lifetime, between lives and implants were mentioned but I put it in the category of “Who knows – maybe”.
And the only reason that there is a minimum age is the risk of “bad PR” – that would be the truth, that would…
This highlights the importance of ex-victims telling their stories, the importance of Leah’s and Mike’s work on TV, the work of the few journalists who take the time to get informed and share. Keep up the good work, everybody!
That’s actually movement in a good direction that you have to wait till you’re 16 years old to join the SO. When I was around before that, there were 8 and 9 year old kids who joined cuz their parent did and they had no choice but to join and be in the Cadet Org. I can’t help but think that the bad PR and publicity from Mike’s blog and show and Tony’s has made the church change the age at which people can join.
It should be 18, but then, there’s the insanity of it being legal for 16 year olds to drop out of school, so I suppose 16 as the minimum age to join the Sea Org will be considered not horrifying.
I once had a paper route (when separate afternoon papers were still a thing0 in junior high school. I had an after school part time job at minimum wage in high school. I once encountered a recruiter for The Unification Church, I actually apologized for being an atheist.
otherles – that’s funny – The Krishna guy knew a bit about scientology. His response to my scientology pitch was, “Philosophy without God is empty.” Obviously there wasn’t going to be a conversion in either direction. I don’t recall if I had any particular conviction about a Universal Intelligence back then but when I was a scientologist it was obviously a low priority. lol

If LRH had behaved decently, scientology wouldn’t exist. It was a manipulate scam to begin with.
If DM behaved decently today he would: 1. Release Shelly and everyone else still being held captive. 2. Resign; 3. Reconcile with his father.
