Hi Mike. I just finished watching the Scientology and the Aftermath 3 seasons (I was a bit obsessed) and I just wanted to say THANKS!! I was never in COS or any cult but found it so fascinating and sad…. and wanted to let you and others know that whatever I can do I would love to help. I’m in Pittsburgh though and not really on COS list of places they invaded (thank goodness) I did have one question though. As a Christian myself I was wondering if your experience (and other former Scientologist) are a bit leery of “religion” in general?
As I was watching the shows I began to pray for you all and every last person left in there. And I will not stop till it is dissolved completely. Love to you all.
money is mere “MEST” until it’s given to the criminal organisation known as the “church” of $cientology, at which point, it opens up for Status Updates! and Case Gain!!
IF she starts being ‘independent’ like that, he absolutely will have to disconnect from, then divorce her for being “entheta”: not timidly acceding to scientology’s demands without so much as a whimper. ANY independance, any rational thinking, MUST be unemotionally stomped out whenever it rears it’s reasonable little head.
Well, him disconnecting from her may be the best thing that ever happened to her. She would be back with her daughter and sister and be able to rebuild her life. Just imagine being able to make your own decisions and not have to lie to yourself for the first time in a long time.
A good sequel might be where the couple get sec checked for not attending the new year event and what happens once they confess they visited their blown daughter instead.
O/T. After slamming the NAACP and the SCLC, Scientology Freedom Medal Winner Nation of Islam Minister Tony Muhammad says:
“They want to meet with White people to get them to be nonviolent. Stop it. That’s not that cracker’s nature. He ain’t never resolved nothing with peace. He’s always used bombs. Fire. Bullets. He makes you bow to him.”

Rightness and Wrongness are not absolutes?
What about money? As far as this cult is concerned, is money an absolute?

“criminal organisation known as the “church” of $cientology,
Close, but I prefer “International criminal organisation trying to represent itself as the “church” of scientology,
jere Lull (39 years recovering) says
Money’s ABSOLUTELY required if you’re going to “advance” in scientology, OR be able to get out of your current ‘condition’ —in this lifetime(maybe).

So, is this guy more afraid of what will happen to him if his wife breaks free and just pretending to appease her to try to convince her not to blow?

I hope they made it out. Here’s wishing you a very happy new year, hopefully without any fair game play… (one can hope).

RB. All I can say is WOW! Spot on as usual.
A good sequel might be where the couple get sec checked for not attending the new year event and what happens once they confess they visited their blown daughter instead.
Happy New Year RB, and to all who are here.

Happy new year RB, and to all who are dear.

NOTE: One must assume the David Miscavige is one of the “White people [who] never resolved nothing with peace.” Also, that he is a “cracker.”

NOI, particularly when tacked onto scientology as they are, are NOT known for being “deep thinkers”, nor for considering the possible consequences.
ExCultDummy says
Can you imagine being married to that idiot? She should just leave him.
jere Lull (39 years recovering) says
“She should just leave him.”
True, but she’s afraid of being left entirely out in the cold, which scientology’s minions will require.

I’ve found through direct experience that the opposition really believe they’re the good guys.

Good decision.
