The training of scientology auditors, even the robots that were being turned out with GAT, appears to be a thing of the past.
We have all watched the focus of the church move from training to auditing to statuses to buildings.
Miscavige announced (and the church STILL promotes) that GAG II now makes REAL training of auditors possible for the first time ever.
And FASTER than ever.
Well, here is evidence to the contrary.
St Hill is THE original “Training Org” — home of the St Hill Special Briefing Course and proud of its long tradition of being the “Home of auditor training.”
I guess it is no longer an “ideal” org, though for many years it was one of the showpieces of the Miscavige empire — and frankly, it is very nice. It is also iconic and he isn’t going to be able to “buy another building” to make it “ideal” so who knows what will happen (maybe it will be like AOSHEU — replace the carpets. touch up the paint and hold a ribbon cutting and announce it). So, AOSHUK probably fits into the Miscavige pigeon hole of out-KSW squirreldom because it is NOT “ideal.” But the great fanfare announcement, with “trainees from every org on earth” claimed that GAG II would make training possible for EVERYONE, not just the non-existent public in ideal orgs.
With that in mind, and in light of the fact that GAG II has now been rocketing progress up the bridge for 6 months — PLENTY of time to train some auditors who all complete in checksheet time — let’s see the progress they have made.
Here is the latest list of graduates in the UK Auditor Magazine. This arrived in mailboxes YESTERDAY. It is up to date.
NOT A SINGLE AUDITOR TRAINING COMPLETION. NOT EVEN LEVEL 0, LET ALONE A BRIEFING COURSE LEVEL.
THE MAJORITY OF COMPLETIONS (PROBABLY ONLINE), INCLUDING JANE KEMBER, ARE LIFE IMPROVEMENT OR GOLDEN AGE OF KNOWLEDGE “COURSES.”
AT SAINT HILL.
You will note how many repeated names there are on these lists. This is MONTHS of completions.
Then this came in as I was about to post this.
A text message from Captain AOSHUK:
Hello! AOSH UK is Number 1 in the Birthday Game!!! Hoorah! Excitement’s erupting at St Hill – the CASTLE DESIGNS are now approved and I’ll personally take you through them at the Captain’s Banquet this Sunday 18 May at 6:30pm in the Great Hall! Not to be missed! Most importantly we’re here & ready to rocket each of you up the Bridge at top speed!! Come to Graduation tonight at 9pm to hear the fantastic wins of our most recent graduates! Ml, Captain AOSHUK
Well, praise the Lord and sing Hallelujah — the designs are now approved! Declare an amnesty. Pop the champagne corks. Let the bells ring and people rejoice everywhere. What a monumental, life changing thing. This is truly a turning point in whole track history. Everyone is erupting with excitement. We get to beg for money to replace the old carpets and worn furniture. Hoorah. Three cheers for COB.
John Danilovich, who used to be a nice guy, if a chronic stat pusher, has apparently lost his grip on reality.
He is running a sinking ship that is doing nothing to carry out its purpose, and he is beside himself because someone has told him there are now plans for some new paint.
How sad.

Mike
You will also note that when it comes to the important parts like the OT levels they do not look like the normal St Hill public of Smith and Jones do they?
I suspect they bus them in from the EU, and if so what is going on in the EU Orgs?
Mike Rinder says
Not sure what “normal” is supposed to look like…. Many of the names appear to be Eastern Bloc type names and I know they have promoted heavily to Eastern Europe and Russia for a long time, poaching on AOSHEU.
hiatus57 says
Normal St Hill public would be the Smith and Jones type. Shabby looking desperate, hungry, lean, 1000 Yard stare etc etc. LOL
hiatus57 says
Mike,
What was that PL that talked about “boasting as to speed of delivery” that used to be at the front of every pack?
LOL
Mike Rinder says
Technical Degrades:
8. Boasting as to speed of delivery in a session, such as “I put in Grade zero in 3 minutes.” Etc.
9. Shortening time of application of auditing for financial or laborsaving considerations.

It was a rhetorical remark LOL, nice to see you still remember :))))))))))))))))))))))))

Thanks for the info RV I just saw your comment.

Cotch says
I have been reading a little book on the Net by a guy by the name of Eric Townsend written in 1985. In it he gives the stats of St Hill in its hey day,( see the following.)
” The data we have in the booklet runs from the beginning of 1965 to September 1967 ,The start of the operation coincides with a reliable method of achieving the state of Clear. Prior to that time it had been a pretty hit and miss process and most of the people who had achieved the state had beer cleared personally by Ron Hubbard. Now a programme of steps was available which comparatively new auditors, not necessarily Clear themselves, could be taught to deliver.
The operation started with less than six staff and during its first quarter was turning over an average of L1,490 per week (at 1965 values). Growth in turnover and staff was very rapid. Within six months turnover had reached an average of L4,521 per week and staff were approaching the 200 mark. Over the next 12 months staff numbers levelled off at 250 but turnover reached a weekly average of L9,532. By the end of the final year for which we have figures average weekly turnover had reached L19,261.
Much more important than turnover figures were the actual products of the activity. Clears were being mass produced. At its peak Saint Hill produced 21 Clears in one week, There was a delivery staff of 50 Auditors. Twelve of these were ‘Review Auditors’ whose job it was to sort out any case that got bogged down. There were 200 people training to be auditors plus another 100 studying other things. The number of students completing courses in any one week averaged between 40 and 50.”
Can anyone verify these stats? because if true, they just blow the ideal orgs out of the water, as if anyone needed any more proof! Those course completions would have been major academy course completions, not basic books or lectures.
Heres the address of the booklet: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~dst/Library/Shelf/townsend/0.htm
remoteviewed says
Can’t verify the stats Cotch but I do know that the student body grew so big a the original Saint Hill that they had to take over the Pavilion which was the greenhouse that Ron conducted his research on plants (experiments that were repeated by Cleve Baxter later on using a lie detecter instead of an e-meter) in order to handle the flow.
Thus estimates of 200 or more seem about right though fifty assigned exclusively to review seems high. Probably they are including those who went on to Class VII which back then was the internship for VI.
Also remember many of those who were on staff on Fdn were actually Briefing Course students during the day which could explain the high turn over of staff. A tradition which continued up until the early ’90’s when the Sea Org junta in its infinite wisdom decided to put the kibitz on hiring BC students and grads for staff.
Anyway it is doubtful that GAT II will create that “army of auditors” led by Sgt Furry. Just as GAT I didn’t.
In my opinion GAT II is another unusual solution based on the actual evidence that GAT the previous unusual solution never worked as the following research reveals:

I don’t know about the historic preservation rules in England, but elsewhere even interior “re-designs” are often discouraged and must be obtain approval from government historic preservation departments. I hope to God they don’t already have one of DM’s lifeless, automated Div 6 dissemination implant stations installed at historic St. Hill Manor, but they probably do.
Espiritu says
Bystander, scratch you and get a troll.
Bystander says
Wow, I guess I struck some kind of a nerve. One of the things I have difficulty understanding is how some former scientologists are so anti-miscavige, but pro-hubbard. Granted, miscavige does goofy stuff, fiddles with the information and has made a continual laughing stock of the whole thing and has alienated many of the few remaining adherents. But hubbard started it, created the RPF, overboarding, fair game, guardians office, r2-45, the list goes on and on.
How can that be overlooked? Is there a real difference between the two?
If that makes me a troll, so be it.
Old School says
Bystander, the explanation is that those drinking the grape Kool aid think that theirs is better than the Cherry flavor DM is serving. They just have different solutions to keeping the same lies alive.
Espiritu says
Or how about a dog house for Dave. More appropriate.
zemooo says
Call it by its real name ‘Stalin Hill’. Current Scientology is far more stalinist then any other political/social group, except North Korea. Perhaps Kim Jong Un Hill is more appropriate.
When ‘up your status through the IAS’ became the mantra, the auditors knew their time was coming. Auditors mean selling services and the current clampire business plan does not allow for the sharing of fees with auditors or case supervisors or body routers. Davy wants all the money with the least amount of effort, selling services involves overhead in staff, Sea Arrrgggghhh and management.
IAS donations are nearly cost free and when commissions to IAS registrars ends, you will know the greed machine has hit the wall. Miscavige seems to have abandoned getting new meat for the grinder, that guarantees the slow death of the clampire. Eventually everyone in reaches a WTF moment and most of them leave then.
Lroon always kept the intake end of the pyramid staffed and paid, it takes good salespeople to sell the customers imagination back to them and those are the people being cut out the pyramid today.

“Castle Plans”
Completely ignoring the fact that Stain Hill is a listed building, and as such, there is nothing they can do externally without making applications for permission (exactly the sort of oversight $cientology hates).
How many thousands of pounds can they bilk the drones for, and then spend a few hundred on the actual return, pocketing the rest for the IAS?
Mike Rinder says
There will be no changes to the structure. Literally it will be interior “design” — paint, drapes, wall color, carpet and furniture. Like it is going to make ANY difference to their ability to “KSW”.
If you see the pix of AOSHEU, they look IDENTICAL to how the building was before. But now suddenly it’s “ideal” and this is per the strategy of making “ideal cont management.”
Even the pretense of this having ANYTHING to do with “delivery capability” and installing a FART Div 6 has been dispensed with. It is clearly simply a fundraising gimmick and an “event video opportunity.”

I also agree that this was a planned situation, to get people to be PCs, not auditors, to depend on the so called church. I also believed many were stalled on purpose on the “bridge” in order for them to create hope regarding GAT2; then, when the new releases came PCs or pre OTs were suddenly “finished” real fast on their stuck grade, thus giving the appearance of a GAT2 skyrocketing everyone up to their next level. Pure hoax.
Formost says
Very interesting point. I’ve wondered about that, and whether they might also have auditors sign confidential agreements to prevent them from auditing outside the church or be subject to some sort of $250,000 penalty they could be sued for. Perhaps a long-term strategy to choke off Independent Scientology, since very little training goes on out here.
Morris Adams says
Hi Mike,
Do you know what is happening with John’s sister, Jeanie (Danilovich, Hare, Franks, Bogvaad, ???).
She was such a dedicated tech person many years ago, and last I heard she was running the CIncinnati Org (or Mission), and was promoting GAT II. Very hard to believe she has sunk so low. I had a lot of admiration for her in the old days.
Do you know anything about what she is doing now?
Mike Rinder says
She is the ED of the Cincinnati “ideal” org. Her name is now Janne Sonnenfeld.
windhorse says
Mike? Did she change her first name from Jeanie to Janne — wow —
Anyway — she isn’t going to leave anytime soon BECAUSE she finally had the child she wanted so badly with Sonnenfeld. Who I’m sure is a dedicated second generation scientologist. And is probably 19 or so by now.
Bill Franks cheated on her I believe and refused to have kids with Jeannie. Jens Bogvaard was her husband after children were no longer allowed (I believe) and then he died.
Jeanie is a good person … was a friend of mine after I left the SO and I helped her and Jens with moderate finances and gave them a car … he was already quite sick. Died of throat cancer after opting for alternative treatment only …
Mike Rinder says
My typo. She didnt change her first name.

Good OP Mike. “GAG II Killed Auditor Training Dead.” And of course, this ‘killing’, was never anything but planned AND executed, by the (as yet un-apprehended) “$erial Killer $upremo”, Him$elf. The untouchable,
E$cape Arti$t Extraordinaire, DMinutive Davey The Dodger. Serialized ‘killings’ (figuratively and literally?) of anything, and anyone that has stood against, or opposed HIM, in any way. Of course, his prime target, the number one focus, was the same as it always is for a psychopathic ‘killer’; Take out the most ‘sought after’ elements, in that society, regarded as the ‘most valuable/vulnerable’. In this case, — the Auditor!!
All accomplished, of course, with the most elaborate, planned chicanery and cunning, expected of this level of an underground criminal. Closing in on ya’ Davey! It will be a ‘surprise party’ to take your breath ‘away’!
SILVIA says
Additionally, none of the listed Clears made appear on OT I, nor on OT II and far less on OT III. Wonder if they are stuck now on the lengthy eligibility that ranges between 3-5 intensives; or maybe they quit altogether.
But the sad part of this all is the no training of auditors; boy, that hurts.
Martin Padfield says
Amazing. It is really the hamster wheel Bridge. I wonder how Lizzie Calcioli – 50 years a Scientologist – feels about doing the Purif. Sheila Gellatly doing “Life Improvement” courses??? Didn’t doing the entire Bridge to Total Freedom improve her life? Jane and Kevin Kember back at the bottom again. Wow. Amazing also how many ex-GO/OSA there are here too. All the OT III and IV completions apart from maybe 3 or 4 look like European names too. So, still parasiting off EU to get any actual public doing Bridge actions. Pitiful.

I bet “the Castle plans” will be like AOSHEU (gesundheit!): not much more than a lick of paint and some new carpets. They got into a lot of trouble when they built the utterly-out-of-keeping-with-its-environs castle without planning permission.
They’d do better spending whatever they’re going to squander on an interior-design makeover, in repairing the long-defunct sewage-treatment plant they were forced to install at great expense, to deal with the floods of effluent coming from the castle which were threatening to overwhelm the local drainage system.
Saint Hill’s untreated sewage still seems to be ending up dumped straight into one of the lakes on the estate – so things aren’t quite as “nice” behind the scenes as they seem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgjt8eR1K4w

Several years back, I asked a tech staff member at my Class V org how many auditors had been made in the past – oh, I think I asked, in the past 4 or five years. The answer? One. Tony Singh completed R6EW, went Clear, did his OT I and his OT II in what time frame? What happened to the Clearing Course, it’s not mentioned? That’s at least 2 – 3 months.
And Dieter Seidenstricker did his OT II, III and IV over what span of time? That’s also at least 3 months.
If this is the GAT II release total tally, it’s pretty much on par with the stats of a mediocre-sized Class IV org of the late 80s. More renos needed to get the stats up?

You know Robert, I’m not really surprised anymore.
McCarran says
No, the last time I was surprised was when I was cold cocked with an erroneous and mean sec check for which I bent over and did lowers. That’s when I knew that it was no longer about me and my enhancement. From that point on it was just discovering more truths, more outrageous truths, which aligned with the fact that the relgion I got into was not about individual enlightenment. Not anymore. If ever.
MJ says
You woke up. They can’t do anything to you anymore.
Morris Adams says
Seriously?!?!?!?

My only question is how long will it take for the still ins to realize that their dreams of freedom and spiritual growth have been hijacked by a tyrannical, non compos mentis, persona non grata usurper fashioning himself an ecclesiastical leader who is in fact a psychotic sociopath having as much right to run a church as Heinrich Himmler did of managing a human rights campaign for the mistreatment of Jews. Wake the fuck up people!!!
Bystander says
You can insert “Hubbard” or “Miscavige”. Scratch one, you get the other.

Not even close.
Chee Chalker says
I agree with you Bystander…for those who disagree with Bystander’s comment – what do you see as the differences between lrh and cob? For me, it’s a simple as: one invented the crazy, the other took the crazy to a new level. But crazy is at the heart of the equation
Mike Rinder says
Hmmm, I have a different take on this.
I believe LRH was a very flawed man. I also believe he had intention to help others and some compassion for others. He had an interest in OTHERS.
This does not enter Miscavige’s universe. His world is all about HIM.
Chee Chalker says
Ok Mike, fair enough. (btw, this reply is to you and not Bystander, but sometimes you can’t reply to someone directly because there is no “Reply” button in the response box). First off, I think everyone is flawed, it is the nature of man to be flawed, so LRH is not alone there. Second, I agree with you 100%, I think Miscavige takes narcissism to a whole new level. But where you and I diverge on our walk together is whether or not LRH was concerned for others. You knew him, whereas I did not, so I am sure there are personal feelings of good will toward him on your part. It’s just almost everything I have read about him is so incredibly negative and the only positive things I have read are his accomplishments, many of which are untrue or exaggerated.
There just seems to be a lot of justification for LRH’s behavior by some of the Indies, ie. he did the things he had to do to ensure Scientology survived. The only problem with that train of thought is that Miscavige’s camp can use the same argument….that cob is doing what he has to do so the Co$ survives in the age of the Internet.
One thing I like about your blog is that you post comments from all sides, from the never-ins who don’t understand LRH to the exs who hate cob but still follow LRH, to the trolls who think that cob is a “pretty cool guy”. (I saw that comment a while back on your blog, or at least I think it was your blog….I laughed and laughed becuase if there is one word I would never use to describe David Miscavige, it would be “cool”).
My own personal assessment is that LRH may have wanted to help people on some level, but he desperately needed to be recognized in his own lifetime as a genius. And when that did not happen, he went after those who challenged him. It seems that throughout his life he was suffering from some mental illness and/ depression, he recognized it and he self medicated.
There are many examples of LRH’s vengeful behavior that it is difficult for us “never-ins” to understand the loyalty of nice, intelligent people like you, Jeff Hawkins, Tory Christman, etc. etc…..the list is too long to write out.
Whereas cob is truly a frightening individual……truly sociopathic. Though it is said that sociopaths can be charming individuals.
Thanks for your respsonse…as always, I enjoy your insight
