Lizzie (daughter of David and Sheila Gaiman, sister to Neil Gaiman) is a hard-core scientology true believer.
Miscavige must really be feeling the heat — re-airing the “Turning Point” 1993 IRS event video all over the world and churning out things like this from from his “Leader of the Scientology Religion” X account.
Caught inside the bubble of his own adulation, he does not even recognize how incredibly culty a statement like this is. “I would follow David Miscavige absolutely anywhere to the end of the world.” Jim Jones? David Koresh? Marshall Applewhite? Ring any bells? “End of the world”? Wow, talk about tone deaf.
Desperation inside the bubble. t
"The Truth Rundown" pegged Miscavige, and he should have self Comm Ev'd himself and retired in the 2000s. ..... says
Hubbard hasn’t returned.
Miscavige should take the hint, and quit and retire and disappear.
Let the next gen Sea Orgers wrestle with the conflicting nonsense Hubbard left them to try to continue the “show” of Scientology.
“The Truth Rundown” pretty much permanently pegs David Miscavige. He ought to have retired at that point.
If anyone ought to have “taken over” the movement, someone like Debbie Cook ought to have.
(But the problem is Scientology is selling Hubbard’s crock quackery scam exorcism snipe-hunting after Xenu’s body-thetans on OT 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, so NO one is winning doing this quackery rubbish, not even the next gen “leaders” who will come along someday.)
((maybe I should have said: “Selfie Comm Ev’d himself” or “Solo Comm Ev’d Himself”, in any case, all these decades later now, LRH isn’t back, so take a hint and skedaddle David Miscavige.))
"The Truth Rundown" on Amazon, pretty much can't be ever overturned...... Miscavige isn't a good person.....he should retire and disappear..... says
“Find out what the people who know him best have to say about David Miscavige?”
Huh, Marty Rathbun’s 3rd book is a pretty good scathing condemnation of David Miscavige. Marty knew Miscavige about as upclose as anyone.
Why isn’t Marty’s book quoted.
Or, maybe ALL of the people who were quoted for the St. Pete/Tampa Bay Times newspaper story:
https://www.amazon.com/Truth-Rundown-violence-intimidation-Scientology-ebook/dp/B013UWYHAI
The media have correctly pegged David Miscavige.
There’s NO amount of history editing which Scientology can ever do to overturn the history firsthand revealed by those around Miscavige.
The Truth Rundown media material above needs wide sharing and never forgetting.

It doesn’t surprise me that Lizzie is so enamoured with DM. She, and her family have been ensconced in the cult for so long they know nothing else. I knew them growing up and I worked for her father, and you wouldn’t find more dedicated followers. It’s sad that unless they realise the truth, they will continue to believe implicitly.

I wonder about her brother. Know some of his writing, earliest was Sandman, a friend who also liked ‘edgy’ and ‘underground’ comics had a few of the Sandman series. Flicked through a few, tried to read the first, stopped because it seemed too contrivedly evil.
Later, read some of his short fiction, did finish those, but they left me with the same kind of feeling, a kind of paint-by-numbers dark fantasy or horror.
As for him and Scn, my feeling is that he would be ‘always in, but covert about it’ for the sake of his own image. I would guess that Scn of now has more than a few ‘celebrity’ members of that type.
Danielle Chamberlin says
He’s been incredibly successful which is great for him, but I have no idea what his stance is on Scn any more, but would like he’s under the radar in order to be allowed to stay connected to his family.

Follow David Miscavige to:
the destruction of your family via disconnection
total bankruptcy
severe cognitive dissonance
Miscavige once called $cientology the “front seat to infinity”. It’s really the “Toilet seat of infinity”.

That is the most brainwashed-sounding thing I’ve ever heard. Poor Lizzy.

Because someone has to do it.
“I Will Follow Him” renamed by me “Lizzy’s Song”, with apologies to the authors wherever they may be.
I will follow Him
Follow Him wherever He may lead
There aren’t donations too steep
No matter they call him a creep
I will obey!
I must follow Him
Ever since that first Event I knew
That to my Cult I must give
As long as on Teegack I live
It is my destiny!
I’ll donate! I’ll donate! I’ll donate!
And when I can’t I’ll borrow! I’ll borrow! I’ll borrow!
I know I’ll always donate, and donate, and donate
And when I’m broke I’ll borrow, I’ll borrow, I’ll borrow
Donate to my Cult!
Even when my bank account is low!
Donations are never too steep!
I never complain not a peep!
It is my destiny!

Love this, Aquamarine!! 🤣 (Yes, I’m aware that knowing exactly what song this is based on dates me!)

Dates us both, hon 🙂

(I know more about pop music from the fifties and sixties than most would consider healthy.)
Aquamarine says
I think its a healthy hobby, if you love it, and I do. Pop music from the 50’s and 60s = a lot of great stuff. I love most of the 70s soft rock too. I know that’s embarrassing to admit nowadays but I don’t care. Its in the 80s when pop music began in my opinion to be awful. I was stilll in my 30s in the 80s and I didn’t like it. By the 90s I could barely listen to most of anymore. Metal, as well as a lot of canned music inowadays is mostly not my thing. it just doesn’t “move” me, for lack of a better term. I get that although it does mostly nothing for me, metal and canned rap music moves plenty of people, and that’s fine because that’s what music is supposed to do, right?

When I read this, I had been watching some old Robert Tilton videos (especially the ones calling him Pastor Gas) and I am seeing a parallel between this and people who sent Tilton their life savings based on the promise that God would give them piles of cash, a two hundred room mansion, sports cars, etc. All for sending this guy a ‘seed gift’! And you can’t persuade these people that they’re being misled! No, they cling to the promise even if it’s wrong. I hope this Lizzie sees the light and bails soon before it’s too late.
Aquamarine says
Oh, Alcoboy – few crimes are sadder than betrayal after trust. But there are some people who simply refuse to admit to having been fooled, swindled, etc. True story:
25 years ago, an older man I knew, about 75 then, a locksmith, an excellent one too, a real professional, lost his entire bank account to a scammer. He all his life hadworked hard, lived frugally and managed to save 400K which he had in a simple savings account. Never married, lived with his sister, long story short, the sister died and he was bereft. She was a mild, kind, gentle woman and they had always been close and best buds and so forth from childhood, and now she was gone. He bought her a mauseleum fit for a First Lady, very expensive but he still about 300K left.
Well, another long story short, a gypsy got a hold of him and convinced him she had the power of communicating with the dead sister – this is just one of gypies’ scams but when they find someone older, alone, in grief and with something in the bank, they go to town with this particular scam.
He and I were friends thru my work. He would tell me that he was giving the gypsy woman $50, $100, at a time because he felt sorry for her, she had medical issues and was in love with him. Right. I was sceptical but said nothing.
One time he let it slip that she was channeling Mildred for him. He just let it slip that he was talking to Mildred thru this woman. Then I got it.
He didn’t feel sorry for her and she certainly didn’t love him. No, she had him hooked, helplessly hooked on one of the oldest gypsy scams.
Of course as his friend I started in on him to get rid of this woman, she was bleeding him dry, and once his bank account was empty she would disappear and he’d never see her again. He didn”t listen. Well, I wasn’t very tactful about it. Today I would have a different approach. Back then I was merely outraged that unscrupulous people were taking such cruel advantage of his loneliness and vulnerability. I went at him hammer and tongs about her and what he was allowing this woman (and her family, she lived with her son and daughter in law) to do. No, he stuck to his story; she was needy and loved him and was ill, etc.,..she even phoned me once, warning me to “stay away” (LOL) from her “husband”…you can imagine what I said to her…and yes, within a year he had no money left and she disappeared. He lived another few years afterwards and never admitted the real reason he kept giving her money. His pride. Very sad, but there was nothing or anyone else (I knew people who knew him) could do. He WANTED that connection with his sister and would pay whatever he could to get it. Total delusion and lie that it was. C’est la vie.
Chris Shugart says
I’m going to bet that Lizzy has never met the Big Cheese, and doesn’t actually know much of anything about him. But I do understand the delusional thought constructs that she’s created inside her head. It’s part of a self-defense mechanism to keep out any and all questions and doubts from invading her bubble world. These people aren’t blind to the “out points” found in the organization, but I believe that they figure out ways to ignore, rationalize, and scrub them from their conscious mind. Otherwise, it becomes dangerous material that can come up in a metered session.
rosemarie tropf says
you hit the nail on the head and said something I couldn’t quite voice myself. Absolutely agree. They are delusional and they quell all doubts with their fanatical following like that woman does.
Aquamarine says
I agree that they do exactly what you say, Chris Shugart. What I don’t get and possibly will never understand is HOW they do it. HOW do they ignore the blaring outpoints obvious to someone even lazily familiar with Scientology’s policy and/or paying even half-way attention…respectfully I don’t expect an actual answer from you or anyone…who knows how people rationalize the most outrageous things…I’m just ranting a little.
Elizabeth R Ragsdale says
How big does your ego have to be to post that on your own account?!? At least have enough modesty to make one of your followers use their account.

Yeah, modesty isn’t his strong suit… Though to be fair, this was probably posted by a minion who thought it was applying “Simon Bolivar” to Dear Leader.
