Here are the pages of completions from the latest magazine of the Pasadena Org.
Of course, this is one the orgs that is “Clearing LA” and making “Planetary Clearing A Reality.”
But somehow, like EVERY OTHER ORG ON EARTH, the straight up and vertical 47X expansion ushered in with GAG II, thanks to the brilliance of Chairman of Board, David Miscavige, seems to be bypassing them.
Get ready to be overwhelmed with the massive production (who knows how long this covers, probably a few months based on other completions lists that are published):
FROM THE HGC:
A SINGLE GRADE ONE COMPLETION AND A SINGLE OBJECTIVES COMPLETION (and being sooooo short of anything, they even include a “Sec Check Completion”).
NOT A SOLITARY CLEAR.
And that’s the HIGH LEVEL PRODUCTION.
IN THE ACADEMY, they churned out A SINGLE “LEVEL 1 THEORY” COMPLETION.
Pasadena “Ideal Org” is in fact a Purif Center. And a lot of these “Completions” are ex-SO members, org staff or VERY long term public.
Whoever coined the term “Idle Morgue” was prescient.

I like this one:
Life Improvement:
“Knowing Who You Can Trust”
It makes me wonder if Scientology works at all.
Especially the word “Knowing”. Isn’t this an irony? Can’t you ask for a refund on the basis that you have never reached the EP.
And then we have the Ethics Super Power list, doesn’t work. And the promised perceptions……
Yes, wins are very personal and subjective. There is no Standard.
Pepper says
I ‘Know’ the following;
I watched a lifer Sea Org member / IAS reg talk a lower income, middle aged public out of her pension plan.
I found out through Ronit, an ex-auditor at Flag and Mat Pesch (his podcast interview with Jeffrey Augustine) that at Flag, public’s cases are CS’d based on the person’s ability to pay for more intensives of auditing, solely for monetary gain. This confirmed my own suspicion that I myself was handled this way at Flag.
My 12 year old son who was on course at a Sea Org org was taken for SO recruiting, and imprisoned in a room for four hours with four adults barricading the door / coercing him to sign a SO contract, until he signed. They then tried to enforce the contract on him and me for years after that.
These are only a few examples off the top of my head. There are many more that I have experienced and observed, and I won’t even start with all the LYING about stats, IAS, or enforced disconnection and labeling people SP for silly things.
If they do these things to their own public, imagine what they do to their own Sea Org members. I have read and listened to countless stories of abuse of people.
Therefore, a course on ‘Knowing Who You Can Trust’ is a complete farce when it’s coming from an organization that treats people as though they are nothing but commodities. The CoS is unworthy of trust and teaching people about trust is just too hypocritical.
Pepper says
OMG, the Life Improvement Course ‘Knowing Who You Can Trust’. This made me laugh out loud. I don’t recall this one. What an ironic name for a CoS course these days.
Aquamarine says
“mOrgs”. I like that, Ze Moo.
Ze Moo says
Some excellent snark from the peanut gallery today. Notice the name ‘devlin’ on the ‘completions’ list. Once as a first name, then again as a last name. I call made up names on this list.
I would think that the sec check stat was to instill fear in the minions. Using it as a stat makes no other sense.
This mOrgs staff must be in fear of being replaced by more Idle Sea Argghhh from Florida. They are not ‘producing’ and as another poster posted, you can’t recycle old clams forever. I wonder how many Dauntless and Defiant Orgres from Florida are getting their bus tickets right now. They don’t have much to do at the Stupor Powerz complex either.
Aquamarine says
Off topic but very good news: Over at Tony’s, “Scientology Denied: Rinder’s Affidavit Will Not Be Stricken In Garcia Case”. Congratulations Mike and Team Garcia! Yes! A nice start to the weekend!
LDW says
I don’t know what all the fuss is about. They are just waiting for the goddess of the valley to finish their ideal org so davey will launch the Los Angeles area ideal marketing campaign which will attract the ideal public to all their ideal orgs. They will all be handled by ideal staff who will apply ideal fundraising tech to the newbies. This will in turn generate money for more ideal marketing which will generate more ideal public to provide ideal donations…
Who cares about servicing anyone any more. DEV T.

I know I was surprised after being out since ’80 and getting back on lines in 2011. All these intro small courses which were inexpensive, so short and easy to do, (only did 2) beside the books. It adds up to a lot of time, money and getting Nowhere. I saw how different it all was and shortly got out of that Business. Heck, i learned more from being outside than Hubbard’s work offers now.
Interesting that they never suggested the Purif, and had never done it in the ’70’s, tho I wouldn’t have done it and probably because of my age. Should I have stayed in I’m sure it would’ve come up at some point.

LRHBT says
…let’s just keep track of how many of EXACTLY those (who hopefully had some great wins on their PURIF) will show up on the NEXT completion list.
Time will tell.
As this blog is probably being read by “…” 😉 – it’s perhaps not too far fetched to say, that some orders will go straight down to DIV2 and DIV4 to get EXACTLY THESE persons AT LEAST signed up again and put through their next step.
Then we will look and compare again, and this cycle will repeat itself.
Doesn’t that actually mean, that we help those fellow human beings to be pushed UP the Bridge…?
Looks like a lineplot… 😉

Off Topic: With DAVID MISCAVAGE’S new pompadour hair cut, he strongly resembles the late Kim Jong-Il, father of the current dictator of North Korea. Both men are extremely short. Are (were) their hair cuts trying to over compensate for some deficiency?
BTW, Cult Education Institute has a great story on North Korea. Click on: Today’s Cult Headlines. Read: North Korea’s ‘God’ From the Eyes of a Body Guard. The similarities between MISCAVAGE and the current leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un, are pretty amazing.
Conan says
Here it is : North Korean defector: ‘I was Kim Jong Il’s bodyguard’

I see there was Data Series Evaluator Course completion listed. I know that one has to be a false attest as if the person studying the course was really getting the material and applying it, they would have seen through the Church scams and squirrelling and left before ever getting to the end of the course.
Marie guerin says
Wish it were that simple. One can interpret anything in any way that serves their sense of comfort and righteousness. They cannot see the elephant in the room unless it hits them personally , very personally.
Zephyr says
Hmmm, I thought the DATA SERIES EVALUATOR’S COURSE was no longer being delivered, way too dangerous for Shorty, sorry, David Miscavige.
That must be someone recovered from way back who blew the course. Another possibility is an altered course of the same…
Greta
Curioser2 says
Are Extension Courses still allowed in the current regime? If so, those were like a Get Out of Org/Jail free card. You could do these at home and stretch out an hour course into weeks, avoid ethics, recruiters, regges and execs. They used to be dirt cheap too. If Miscavige was smart, he’d charge the Most for an extension course. How much would a Scientologist pay to stay Out of the org, no penalties attached, today?
When someone completes both “Know Who To Trust” and “Sec Check”, do they get a copy of “1984” as a reward? If including Sec Checks on completions list isn’t a sign of Going Out of Business, I don’t know what is, like when a store starts advertising sales that including their display boses, light fixtures and inventory shelves kind of sign.
Curioser2 says
edit: “that include their display boxes, …”
Delilah says
ROTFL here…I started an extension course in 1992 or perhaps 1993 and I still haven’t finished the first page…absolutely a get out of jail free card. Blessings on the head of the reg who told me to do it so I could stay out of ethics and escape forever at the same time!
I wonder what they would have done to her if they knew how she sold that course…Oh Right, nothing as there was the income to count!
Win-win for us both!
Jose Chung says
Pasadena Org is a Club for public who got into Scientology in
the 1970’s. What is there to produce? most have been on staff before,
they should have a statistic on Geritol consumption. When Gold shows up for a PR photo shoot the Old Timers are sent home and paid extras from a Hollywood casting agency pose as Org Public .( getting paid $300. per day plus travel expenses) I mean who wants to go to an Org that looks like a Zombie Apocalypse?
SILVIA says
It could be that ‘command intention’ is ruthlessly demanding Purifs to be completed and send to Flag right now; otherwise Flag and the Cathedral are going to be as idle as Van Gogh’s peasants, or even worse actually.
The completions’ list is an absolute disaster, but a fact is a fact.
Ronit says
Since when there is a Level 1 Theory Complition? They could not find a pc who can get a few Grade 1 (Problems) processes to run on, and fully complete Level 1. Why to break it down to theory and practical ? Or maybe there is no C/S so no auditing can occur.
LRHBT says
…the new E-Meters couldn’t get registered in time…? 😉
Robin\ says
Fascinating! I can’t help but notice how the courses/levels have morphed into individual bits when they were — at one time — all part of a coherent theme. For old time’s sake, I reordered the courses/levels based on my best recall of how it might have looked in 1975, when I was on staff in the HCG, followed by nearly 3 years as Senior SHSBC Sup at ASHO/F, and then 6 months (off and on) as the Class 8 Sup.
It’s like breaking a menu down into individual ingredients. In my world, it’s nuts.

You see Robin\ it’s like a Scientology Salad Bar now. They charge for each individual ingredient and you build your own salad. Some people don’t like lettuce with their salad, who’s to say you should have lettuce in your salad. Some people don’t want an omelet with eggs, why should they have eggs in an omelet? So what if it doesn’t end up like the original food in any way shape or form?
At least they make money off it, and they get to say someone completed something rather than those courses that took a month or two to complete. Who has a month or two these days when all but the hard core have blown by then.
The UTRs also have the added bonus of pretending to do something by taking all these throwaway courses while staying away in droves.
It’s a win-win situation.
On a totally unrelated subject 😉 I’m going to go open a new restaurant called “Do It Yourself” There is no reason in the world why people without any experience in cooking should not love being able to chose what ingredients should go into an omelet. Does anyone want to invest in this restaurant?
George says
The new Scientology Bridge can be summarized as:
1) READING (a lot of books and tape transcripts)
2) SITTING (TRs)
3) WALKING (Objectives) and
4) RUNNING (around a pole).
Well, some sort of … something 🙂
Curioser2 says
If I may tweak a bit:
1) READING credit card, bank, foreclosure statements, bankruptcy court schedules, ethics orders, fundraising calendars, event schedules, disconnection orders, declare orders, job classified ads, lawyer letters, pyramid scheme ads, rummage sales, eBay listings.
2) SITTING in foreclosure meetings, bankruptcy court, ethics, fundraising events, call in, lawyer’s offices, yard sales, street corners, committee meetings, event planning meetings, fundraising meetings.
3) WALKING to meetings, court, call in, meetings, events, pawn shops, more meetings, work, org after selling car to pay for sec checks to find out why your status hasn’t been updated this week.
4) RUNNING away from reality in circles.
Zephyr says
Yeah George and all supervised from ONE console for the lot of it. Takes ONE person to keep
an eye on it all….
Greta
Valerie says
George,
The one amazingly good thing that I took away from Scientology was that you could never really be proficient at something until you actually had practical experience doing it, no matter how much you learned about it. I was complimented by a boss once for the “classy” way I taught people (by allowing them to learn hands on as well as book larnin’.)
It is sad that the most valuable learning experience I had in Scientology has disappeared from present day Scientology and the people being “trained” are not allowed any practical use of any knowledge they gain, only simulators. A simulator, no matter how high tech, is not a real person.
Hallie Jane says
Yes, fascinating Robin. It’s become a generic mish-mash of whatever, instead of an actual progression toward something valuable.
Also Valerie that is so true. The ability to confront an actual person is at an all time low. What was once a strong point of Scn has all but disappeared. I think because of the executive C/Sing, the tech terminal can’t really take in what the person is saying because that would mean, something would have to be done, someone would have to be understood, a viewpoint would have to be duplicated. And that’s not allowed. I remember at flag, at least 10 times, originating something, and the person would gather their papers and rush away. Confront was very low and there was a weary sadness in their eyes. That’s the death of the subject right there.
Aquamarine says
“I remember at flag, at least 10 times, originating something, and the person would gather their papers and rush away.”
Hallie Jane, you’re blowing my mind, here. This is – FLAG? Jesus!
I’m now once more thanking the angel that was surely over my shoulder arranging that I would never have the time or the money to go there.
jonsty says
Looks like there would be no delivery at all if not for the order for all to redo purif, SRD and student hat. About 50 people or so on those services, considering doubled up names. My guess is around 100 people at Pasadena Org. Just about like most orgs…the tried and true who will do whatever they are told.
I remember the ex-OES at Pasadena Org blogging that she knew DM was an outright liar when he stood on stage and exclaimed the “100’s on course in the Pasadena Org” when she, in fact, knew the number to be no more than 5-10.
The stats are so false and so jacked up that no one can know the true facts. Well, one thing we know is that SCN is dead. they are re-servicing those who will never leave.
Old Surfer Dude says
+1. Nice post!
Valerie says
Aha! We now finally get to the 47x! David Miscavige takes any number he is given and multiplies it by 47 and declares that to be the stat. 5-10×47=235-500 people on course. Viola a 47x stat.
basketballjane says
I love how they list “Security Check” as a completion. Now that is an accomplishment. Do they get a cert? What is the ability gained from that?
Doug Parent says
“What is the ability gained from that?” … The ability to withhold, suppress invalidate and censor your thoughts and objections about David Miscavige, or Scientology.
Conan says
Basketballjane,
That would be : ” A quiet and complaint slave who no longer has his own thoughts”
Old Surfer Dude says
I was going to comment, but, you said what I was thinking. How pathetic that they even include a “Sec Check Completion.”
GTBO says
If Sec Check is now a stat there’s your 47x expansion. No auditing just sec checking. Oh to be so paranoid….. Roflmao
Old Surfer Dude says
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Now that’s some funny shit, GTBO! Still laughing!
Friend says
The ability gained is: more introverted than before into failures .. more envisioned failures than real failures, bevause under the push and stress you may give something as real, which is not real ..
Hallie Jane says
That is spot on Friend! These excessive sec checks are particularly heinous & damaging. They focus on the opposite of auditing basics, recognition of the wrongness of the being instead of rightness and that beings are basically bad instead of good. Piling charge on those 2 datums is a suppressive act, NOT expressing an opinion.
Valerie says
The ideal ability gained from a Security Check is the ability to pull a Leah Remini — Leave Scientology and regain your self-determinism and take your entire family with you.
Hallie Jane says
My EP was that case gain was no longer possible in the radical church, so I left, never to return. I guess I did a good job! 🙂
DollarMorgue says
The ability to fully relinquish your identity and be remoulded in scientology’s image.
Also the ability to agree to large IAS donations.
Dan 351 says
The end phenomina of a sec check is too restimulated to spot an SP.
McCarran says
Well, you asked for it BBJ, the ability gained from a sec check these days is to be able to attest to completion of a spiritual rectal exam, lose your soul and come out smiling. It’s actually quite a feat.
George says
Willingness to donate again 🙂
Old Surfer Dude says
And again. And again. And again. And again. And…
Foolproof says
Very good, very funny. Excellent in fact!

Maybe they just need to get more people on that “How to Get Motivated” course. On their big seller, the Purif, it’s at least the second or third time through for most of those names.

You nailed it…. Recycling and wallet lightening centers.
Sid says
On this planet there are 250 births per minute less 105 deaths per minute which equals a net gain of 145 new humans per minute.
Number of minutes per week is 10,080 times 145 new humans equals a gain of 1,461,600.
There are about 146 Orgs on the planet.
Each Org would have to produce over 10 thousand Clears per week just to maintain status quo.
They can do it. Pasadena Org just needs to step up.
John P. Capitalist says
Nice job on the numbers, Sid.
Math can be as snarky as words when it comes to making fun of these poor deluded souls who cling to their beliefs in the success of this organization despite so much evidence to the contrary.
DollarMorgue says
This is pretty shocking in and of itself. Take those figures and place them beside the alleged Solo Nots auditors and you can see that, even taking the projected decline in global population growth into account, scientology has failed its megalomanical goal of clearing the planet – and in fact already had the day it was first announced. What would happen to a true believer if confronted with this undeniable fact?
Old Surfer Dude says
Now, Sid, you know how they hate accurate facts! Just is just going to confuse the shit out of them. Oh, wait…that’s a good thing.
Mike Leopold says
Thirty years ago these would have been acceptable stats for a Mission, NOT an Org!
No auditing…no training…no retention of public…I believe that the Apple Store just down the street may be the SP. (And of course, the psych’s, lol!)
cindy says
I saw the same names over and over on that promo piece, so it is the same people doing several Intro courses. Not many “real” meaty courses done. There was ONE single Grades completion and ONE single Theory Completion. And NO CLEAR made at all. You’re right, Mike, it is a Purif mill running staff and old timers through the Purif for the umpteenth time. Even the Mission where I started out had higher stats than these and this is supposedly an “Ideal” Org. Pitiful and shameful.
thegman77 says
Mike, I loved the Van Gogh painting…and your pithy comment!
Old Surfer Dude says
I loved the painting too! Just such a peaceful, beautiful and bucolic scene from one of the great masters of art. Sort of just the opposite of what scientology is…
Johnny Tank (Forever Autumn) says
Isn’t everything the opposite of what scientology is..?
Peter Bonyai says
Mike, there is a course called “Scientology Tools for Overcoming Financial Stresss” ? I wonder what it contains – but it should be three sentences really – 1. stay the hell away from any and all Scientology Registrars and Fundraisers 2.don’t pick up the phone to anyone who is calling from any Scientology organization 3. don’t attend any Scientology events
Mike Rinder says
I think you have a winner of a course there Peter.
