Emotions is all we do and handle in there… and guys… It really runs emotions from the very core and structure of that business corporation. Ron, Hubbard create as standard by policy, the mistreatments of any senior as way to obtain high statistics, keeps staff producing, even before been ethically sanctioned, always comes after a process of insults, screaming and unrespectful treatments (important to know that literally $cientoogy doesn’t recognize respect, innocent, limitations)
I always has problems with it. (meaning confronting, demananding/complaining with the less problematic way for me, any lack of respect to me or any other mature person’s, in several occasions I write my disagreements, they see me as “green” (means new) precisely because the lack of skills of new people ignoring unrespectful and emotional aggression against them or witnessing it. The top commodore official send me back my writing with a recommendation to study a policy section (because is a standard by policy public humiliation “in the stuff meeting” if seniors (meaning bosses) decide such)… I was just shocked with a humiliation to someone I don’t even know in FSO meeting by the top Commodore officer and I write to her saying that she wouldn’t like if I do same to her,, and she has to respect others Sea-Ogs members (I was really naive).
I starting getting “also noticable” for my dislike of the commodores child’s exactly for their standard of mistreatment and arrogance when addressing Sea-Orgs members, after all LRH use child’s son and daughters of recruited as personal cute little servants, and there’s not much production in holding LHR ashtrays and wash his clothes and God knows what else, so to “get some real use from” them, LRH give them status of Superior Police and send them to sniff and point or been corrected and push the stuff to the limits for us to produce to the max, (after all according to LRH mentally was cute and source of proud see their own children expressing ethics and maturity) but with rudeness and emotional pressure and inform back to LRH anything they see in “the ship”, in LRH mind they hold ashtrays and militant informant’s at the same time. (Today is a chaos’, The LRH ship is no more, and $cientology 9n one shop welfare a battalion of ”white” orphans, training them in ”the farm” (I don’t know the location of that) and give them deity status and release them IN MASS at FLAG, (I was there, and was a chock for the stuff)… Apparently (the commodores) talks in their meetings or whatever system they has, about me. I knew that because they seems to knowm me, I noticed that they changed their faces to me. “like more friendly” or regular as the normal society do. As standard they has bad attitude and bad face towards Sea-Orgs member… For sure that Officer of them say that I was green and not to scale up when I somehow react to their behavior…,Also every single senior (bosses) in FLAG, mistreated his junior’s. (all of them) it’s an illegal standard of $cientooogy, with the purpose of course to makes you “produce more or keeps the ethics”.
Back to the point: emotion is the weapon of $cientology against SP’s (fair game) and everything is based on that, at the point that emotion (literally) cause the needle of the e–meter moves… Mike and Leah nailed again: This is a perfect Tittle. because it’s an absolute true.
No matter who’s doing it terrorism always sucks.
