Join the Headley’s and me at 7pm EDT tonight as we reveal for the first time yet another smoking gun document proving scientology lies to the media and courts.
Do you send these policies to the various lawyers suing the church? At times they seem unprepared.
Also, when we see lawyers trying serving the same summons I wonder why they don’t mention that lawyers X, Y and Z previously tried to serve Miscavage with this same negative result and it’s obvious he’s evading service? I would think it would be an obvious tactic, but I wonder if they look to prior cases to see what worked. They keep reinventing the wheel.
I saw a case where this lawyer won against a sheriff’s dept when they destroyed a portion of a woman’s property trying to get a perp. Most of those attempts fail because they claim immunity. He, seeing this lousy track record, instead argued that the police used eminent domain to take over her property and per that, she was entitled to reimbursement. He won.
