You hear David “Let Him Die” Miscavige prattle on in his endless shermanspeak about how popular scientology is and the “massive demand from the public for the answers only we can provide.”
Much ado has been made by him about the amazing statistics of “hits” on the internet and “visitors” to the the scientology.org site, “3.1428 people every 1.7 seconds think about clicking on one of our fair and balanced videos” blah blah blah….
But of course, there is no evidence to support any of his bold assertions, and everyone not in his thrall laughs, shakes their head and goes on with life slightly amused by the idiocy of it all.
But there are places to get VERIFIABLE information about scientology’s absurd claims.
Google has a service that tracks interest on the internet. Is interest in a subject increasing or decreasing? And what events are occurring that correspond with spikes or changes in that interest.
I entered the word scientology, put in dates — from April 2009 to present (a significant date for me as it is when Miscavige sent his minions to warn me not to speak out).
And I doubt you will be surprised by the results:
The letters A-L correspond to media headlines Google selects, and I have listed them below.
A – Jonh Travolta T defends Scientology (Going Clear)
B – Sundance doc pulls back curtain on scientology (Going Clear)_
C – Leah Remini quit Scientology to protect daughter
D—Tom Cruise admits Katie Holmes left to protect Suri from Scientology
E – Actress Leah Remini leaves Scientology
F – Vietnamese vets exposed to Agent Orange seek relief from unproven Scientology “detox” program
G – Couple sues over donations to Scientology (Garcia case)
H – Holmes faces Cruise, Scientology in fight for Suri
I – French court upholds Scientology fraud conviction
J – Scientology – who’s telling the truth
K – Church of Scientology convicted of fraud
L – Church of Scientology on trial in France
This graph shows that there is in fact a LOOOONG term decline in interest in Scientology. This parrot has shuffled off its mortal coil and is pushing up the daisies.
The only thing that generates ANY interest at all is news of Scientology disasters. It’s like a flatlined heart monitor graph that spikes only when the paddles jolt the body with a shot of electricity.
David Miscavige and his bubble-dwellers would no doubt attribute this all to the “merchants of chaos” and dismiss it as irrelevant. But these disastrous events ARE the only thing that attracts interest to the subject, NOT their “massive dissemination efforts” or advertising blitzes or book campaigns or ideal orgs reaching into the community.
They lie limp and lifeless otherwise and nobody pays them any attention.
And just for kicks, here is what the interest is in David Miscavige over the same time period according to Google Trends:
And here is what his media headlines correspond to:
A – David Miscavige “hired detectives to spy on father to stop him divulging Scientology seccrets”
B – Scientology leader David Miscavige tries to heal rift with officials in Florida
C – David Miscavige Dedicates Scientology’s Enormous Spiritual HQ
D – She allegedly threatened to call the cops on Scientology leader David Miscavige after questions about his wife Shelly’s whereabouts went unanswered
E – Jenna Miscavige Hill, Niece Of Scientology Leader David Miscavige, Plans Tell-all Book
F – TomCruise and Scientology leader David Miscavige were inseparable (Holmes/Cruise divorce)
G – David Miscavige order me to “beat the guy”
H – Scientology leader David Miscavige accused of snooping in secret celeb confessional files
I – Scientology leader David Miscavige “physically attacked staff.”
One thing for sure, David Miscavige doesn’t have any control over his public perception. For the highest OT on earth, the pinnacle of scientology demonstrated competence and the biggest being I know, he sure seems sadly at effect.
Presiding over the fastest growing religion movement on earth. Guiding scientology to it’s most massive expansion in history. 64X in 17 months.
He just gets no respect.
Yet in his mind he is so deserving.
It’s all so unfair….

Thanks so much for this post. Who staffs the huge amounts of real estate they’re buying up, like One Griswold in Detroit? The Griswold building is huge, and its purchase came with a lot of the “expansion” PR you discuss here, but with no statement of who would be in the building or what it would be used for.

While this is no shock to us, it would be a shock to many scientologists, especially sea org members. Yep this is what you have dedicated a billion or so years to, sorry to break it to you. Not even the multimillion dollar Super Bowl ads put a dent in this non-existent interest in the “fastest growing religion.” By the way, a cursory googling of ‘fastest growing religion’ will show that it’s debatable between a few religions, none of which are scientology. The only thing that even boosts public interest past the point of non-existent is when there is bad press. I know it’s the complete opposite to everything you guys hear from COB at events, but please start doing actual research into the subject of scientology. Despite what you may think, there is nothing wrong with actually looking instead of just listening.

You should call him David “Let Him Lie” Miscavige.
FOTF2012 says
That 3.14… number shows that Scientology can only get pi right out to a couple points in their made up numbers (if they were the source).
Anyone been to the famous Powell’s bookstore in Portland, Oregon? I was there today and wanted to see if I could get the most recent Paulette Cooper book (Unbreakable Miss Lovely, etc.).
So I searched their inventory on the keyword “Scientology.” The top hits were all books critical of Scientology, exposing Scientology, etc. I had to scroll down a page or two before I finally came to Scientology books by Hubbard. Very interesting.
So even with all those Google hits, the question remains, “so what?” Were they people interested in finding out about Scientology as in “I might want to pursue this” or were they interested in finding out about Scientology as in “what is this crazy cult all about”?
Sometimes it is not true that any publicity is better than no publicity. Sometimes, for example, it sucks to be “Let Him Die” Miscavige.
Kathy H. says
Fascinating information, but it’s even worse for CoS than it looks, when Katie left Tom and it was all about “saving Suri”, I know from my own friends’ reactions that many people who had never paid ANY attention to Scientology in their lives were suddenly interested and horrified by what they learned. Thank you Katie!!

On the world stage, Miscavige and his organization are irrelevant. There is no expansion or growing influence anywhere in the world except for authorities wanting to tighten the nose around Miscavige’s neck like they did with the Leona Helmsley tax conviction

Let’s do some science fiction. Miscavige is finally put in jail. The Church reject him. They create a board. Communicate on outpoints they now dare to look. They try to denounce Miscavige times like they did with Stalin in USSR.
DM stay in jail a couple of years and is released. He had the time to think does he says. He writes a book “I was COB”. He tells how it was like to lead a cult. And talk about his friendship with Tom Cruise. He makes a bestseller. At the end he demonstrates how he was blinded by Hubbard when he was young. And he says how sorry he was to do what he did following Hubbard path. He becomes a victim of Hubbard and soon one of his biggest detractor.
By then, the Church has struggled to stay alive. They are in trouble. IRS wants to take off their religious recognition. The money of IAS is turned over to the US government. They still try to continue to deliver, they try to put the tech right. People ask for refund of IAS, Ideal Org etc…
In some aerea scientologists get results. They even do great meeting where people in the church and in the independant field reunite. Families are back together. They banished disconnection for eternity. Maybe Mike Rinder is one of the guest speaker at this big meeting of resurgence of hope.
But the Church altogether, even being run by good guys now, finally collapsed. Scientologists are bitter, most of them are financially destroyed for a lost cause.
The time of real scientology like in the seventies is just a nice memory. Those who have known this time are old, some are dead.
But COB is rich, he solds the rights of his book to Hollywood. And have sometime a little thought for the poor scientologists.
But we are in 2025, and nobody will even remember of this spiritual path who was ment to save the world which is now near a possible war against Islam.
Between the Second and Third World War there was a world where something like scientology could exist.
After all it was a sweet dream and we were the dreamers.
But now we are going to have our head cut off by those fanatics. Sitting in the jail with a friend (who once disconnected from me) we think about those times were we thought the Church was fanatics, what a joke compared to those guys who are like from a B movie of the 1950! Death is upon us. Are we really spirituals beings, thetans as LRH called them? Soon we will know…
jgg2012 says
I researched this a few years ago: at the time, 30,000 people visited Scientology’s site each month, for an average on 2 minutes; the Flat Earth Society got 15,000 staying an average of 4 minutes. In other words, 60,000 viewing minutes a month for both. By contrast, some unknown recording artists get ten times that. This site gets more than that.

This is not only an indictment of anything they consider “Planetary Dissemination”, this is also an indictment of “Project Celebrity”. The only time the cult gets any mainstream media attention is a negative story about them attached to a Scilon celeb. Cruise/divorce, Travolta/Going Clear, Remini/attempts to Dead Agent her…all massive negative publicity for the cult. When was the last time a positive story in the mainstream press about Scientology was attached to a celebrity? Has there EVER been one?
Seriously, what have you got out of treating celebrities with constant love-bombing and ass-kissing? Cruise doesn’t say anything about his religion in public. Travolta is pretty much a joke these days. NANCY CARTWRIGHT BART SIMPSON doesn’t go out of her way, she just throws money down the Black Pit Of Doom in the Valley. Chick Corea has been in for dog’s years, and not a peep. The only return on investment is Fudgie the Whale going on Stern and spouting lie after lie like “millions of members”.
I think most of us are happy that Yvonne Jentzsch isn’t around to see what her efforts have brought her cult. She would have probably gone Debbie Cook by now.

One of my old scientology friends used to work under Yvonne, he was in love with her, anyway, she had gotten this award that said she could commit murder with impunity because of her extraordinary service. Shortly after that somebody didn’t like some little thing she did and the next thing you know my friend sees Yvonne on her hands and knees scrubbing the floor. This had a devastating effect on morale because Yvonne was probably the most beloved person in the history of the church.

And check out hypestat.com, which notes that “scientology receives about 7,134 unique visitors and 17,834 (2.50 per visitor) page views per day which should earn about $57.07/day from advertising revenue. . According to Alexa Traffic Rank scientology.org is ranked number 99,119 in the world and 0.00155% of global Internet users visit it. This site has Google page rank of 6.” By way of comparison, The New York Times “receives about 5,536,723 unique visitors and 13,232,767 (2.39 per visitor) page views per day which should earn about $44,293.78/day from advertising revenue.” http://scientology.org.hypestat.com/
Comparison to other religious sites:
Mormon church “receives about 9,164 unique visitors and 27,492 (3.00 per visitor) page views per day which should earn about $30.52/day from advertising revenue.”
Catholic church: “receives about 22,112 unique visitors and 66,335 (3.00 per visitor) page views per day which should earn about $73.63/day from advertising revenue.”
And just for fun, Tony Ortega’s site: :tonyortega receives about 8,118 unique visitors and 16,236 (2.00 per visitor) page views per day which should earn about $40.59/day from advertising revenue. Estimated site value is $56,735.29. According to Alexa Traffic Rank tonyortega.org is ranked number 83,342 in the world and 0.00228% of global Internet users visit it. That’s right: Tony gets more daily unique visitors than LRH..

Interesting. And, from my understanding, $cientology spends gobs of money on advertising and paid hits from India while Tony spends a big, fat zero.
I Yawnalot says
DMs only true friend is a mirror. When he surveys his image he smiles. He realises his enemies are now forced to regularly lie about him, he knows his power is complete and untouchable. He’s the one who’s made it, not them, he is scientology. He chuckles this to himself as he get dressed. He briefly surveys the staff putting breakfast in front of him and smiles at them, not for the breakfast but for their subservience. He knows he is a great man, only he controls the money and has a vast empire of real estate. He strides off to “his work” fully dedicated to his own visions and instant judgements, he follows no advice but his own. He is busy, no one can do what he does but that makes him even more determined. He is truly the only dedicated scientologist in his mind.
This daily cycle is repeated like groundhog day, over and over, day after day.
He has no friends, he doesn’t go to the movies in public, he can’t even go to Walmart or go grab a burger or a beer. He cannot confide to another human being about his past, for him there is no past where he’s responsible for any happiness in it, he lies about everything, especially to himself. He’s no case gain and is unauditable, upper endoc TRs on him would burst a vein and result in violence. He has no children, his Christmases are hollow and his birthdays formal. His laughter is always at the expense of others. He has a quick temper and knows it, but later it comforts him if he restrained himself, that is his version of granting beingness. He has no compassion, so violence is just a natural reaction, always deserved by others. He truly believes there are no good people, he’s terrified of others out of his zone and punishes those within it.
David Miscavige is a computing psychotic and his influence is dramatized across his churches and organisations. Lying is now a way of life within scientology organisations and the staff that remain are likely to become quite insane as well. The technology of scientology isn’t something you fuck with for too long before it bites back. It hasn’t done any favours for miscavige’s sanity, but who cares. The quicker he’s put in a cage the better.

Ann B Watson says
Hi Aquamarine, I completely believe you & I would be one of the insane now if the light of Truth had not visited me in the morgue.XO Ann B.
I Yawnalot says
You are right indeed, it’s not funny at all. I have two distant family members still in. They are verging on bankruptcy and have been for a decade or more. They miss out on quite a few of the basics of life and struggle to even find the money for pizza night. They sat quietly by and watched as their scientology subscribing siblings lost their house due to the GFC but since they all had so much of their money invested in scientology, they just sank. Yet they were so happy about completing their OT8, well at least that’s what they say (and on a continual basis), it’s all they ever mention when questioned about scientology – but if you begin to state the obvious you are challenged immediately with: are you complaining about my making it to OT8? It’s a pitiful shame, a squirrel process is all they have to show for giving everything they’re got for decades.
Every year they scrape the money together for a table at some CCHR function and donate god knows what while they are there. They have no Christmas or birthdays like they use to, nor do they socialise with us like they use to. They hate the psyches with a passion and are so bigoted towards the medical profession in general it’s not only embarrassing but dangerous. They are older now and have had to “secretly” see doctors and take drugs to combat age degeneration yet advise others not to.
It’s no joke alright when you see what miscavige’s regime has and does produce. Yet in the 80s they were the most fun people you’d ever know.
The church of scientology as far as my observation goes is full of insane people – they cannot accept evidence nor follow the simplest of written instructions. They make no auditors, the orgs are empty, they redo fundamental procedures over and over where the tech forbids it and they align the value of their future entirely with donating money, not knowledge as their own technology states. They shun any knowledge not verified by dm yet rave about LRH’s tech potential (but aren’t allowed to apply it). They shout about and demand human rights but coerce the last dime out of the destitute. The RCS is a soulless and demeaning organisation with a history littered with broken promises and bankrupted followers. Yet it’s leader lives a life of luxury and privilege.
To say it’s easy to hate what scientology has morphed into is an understatement. DM would fit easily into a Pol Pot regime, but the profits are too good with what he has stolen and all he has to do is lie, his people will believe anything he says.
Get rid of miscavige by provable criminal misconduct and/or as an accessory to manslaughter and take life from there, the game would change, that’s for sure. Trying to shut down all knowledge of scientology is folly.
End of rant… but it’s truly depressing to see family and friends suffer because of this type of insanity. DM’s scientologists are as nutty as fruit cakes.
Idle Morgue says
Yes – Lying is the only way one can survive in Scientology and the staff are going insane. I have watched them – they can’t step out of the bubble or they feel “crazy”. I watched them try to get Wog Jobs – they can’t function in the Wog World. They are so messed up and it will only get worse for them. I am afraid we are looking at the core group that will go down with the ship.
I Yawnalot says
Ah men to that brother. The core group remaining in scientology is a congealing mass of insanity, full steam ahead to nowhere. You are right – they are incapable of operating in the real work-a-day world, I’ve seen that first hand too – sickening to witness but so is any poverty. What a mess..
Raindog says
I Yawnalot, you were quite eloquent today. Loved your posts!
I Yawnalot says
Well, thankyou Raindog. I just get involved sometimes and just wish I could get my thoughts into exactly the right words (don’t we all wish that and without the typos too). But as the sun slowly sets on dm’s RCS the sickening reality of that man’s legacy is becoming more and more evident. It’s hard to remain silent having first hand experience of such inhumanity. Reckon Mike’s site is the sanest on the subject, he does a good job of keeping an even perspective.

My take on the analysis:
The main spikes were with Cruise, Travolta, Remini and Katie Holmes.
The anomaly in the celebrity factor is the spike with Miscavige’s despicable behavior of sicking PI’s on his dad.
So, if Cruise and Travolta want to see an increase in interest in scientology they should team up with Leah and put on a media blitz of EXPOSING DAVID “LET HIM DIE” MISCAVIGE crimes.
Come on John, this could be HUGE!

And so beautiful.

Excellent post! What an indictment. All Scientology Cool Aiders understand the importance of stats. But of course none of them will ever look at this graph. That would be so wrong!
Its even more pronounced if you do the search starting from 2004, which seems to be as far back as it goes. Its makes the decline very, very visible . And the biggest surge on the graph is after Tom Cruise does his couch jumping thing on Opra in 2005. That is the pinnicle of interest in scientology over the last 10 years. In fact the only three significant jumps in interest in the last 10 years are the Tom Cruise couch jumping incident, the Tom Criuse Freedom Medal acceptance speach leaking out and then Katie divorcing Tom Cruise. Its seems to be all downhill except for surges of interest when Tom Cruise’s bad behaviour goes viral.
Another statistic for you all is that based on a couple of websites that estimate web traffic, the scientology website is more or less the same traffic as tony ortega. And tony is getting big surges for the same things that scientology does. That has got to sting when your main critic is pullling about the same traffic as you are without having to buy thousands of clicks a month from Inda and Pakistan.
Another factor is that in the midst of this heavy decline of web interest in Scientology, David Miscavige has been spending like never before on internet advertising. Without that advertising? The floor is the limit. And they would get there overnight.
Ouch! That must sting!

1) They had a functioning PR department
2) They ACTUALLY did something REAL and newsworthy
However, their only press releases are done through paid services, which any self-respecting news agency treats with scepticism.
The public and news media are wise to their false stats and false claims. This has been their operating basis for decades, to such a degree that “everyone knows” any public announcement by the church is either false or embellished.
The church of scientology is a church of LIARS.

I had a question, Does Miscavige really not see the disaster his ‘realm’ is going toward? Is it like when Hitler was loosing Berlin yet he kept insisting in sending troops with the idea the german army will stop the russians and allies? He could not see it anymore, but kept at it.
Is it the same with Miscavige? Maybe so.
Mike Rinder says
Yep. He KNOWS what he is doing is right.
It’s just the SP’s and “CI” that is preventing it from working.
If he could just clear that away, all will be well and he will emerge triumphant and vindicated.
John P. Capitalist says
I think he will keep at it. Scientology is a fundamentalist religion. Never mind that it was created relatively recently and allegedly “based on science.” It’s still based on obsessive belief in the infallibility of its teachings and its founder. And like all fundamentalist religions, when things don’t go well, you are, by definition, not allowed to change your approach. You can only keep doing more of what doesn’t work. That is the essence of insanity.
When things fail, Miscavige’s only option is to look even harder for SP’s and people who are “counter-intention” even if that means throwing away formerly trusted lieutenants who have dedicated their lives to the cause. Yes, eventually he’ll even abandon Jenny Linson and “Lou.”
He can’t examine the “tech” or his own actions, because the tech works 100% of the time when standardly applied. And he can’t examine his own actions, because that is a weakness that will signal to his (imaginary) enemies that he is vulnerable.
In less than a generation (though, unfortunately, longer than many of us might wish), Scientology’s ruler will be like Ozymandias, from the classic Shelley poem:
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: “Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert . . . Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed:
And on the pedestal these words appear:
‘My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!’
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.”
However, in Miscavige’s case, the empty wasteland will be the former “Mecca of Technical Perfection” in Clearwater.

An eval on those numbers would indicate:
A. David Miscavige needs to step up his spying/attacks on 70-80 year old people.
B. Tom Cruise should launch more attacks on Katie Holmes and Suri.
C. David Miscavige and Tom Cruise should make their BFF status more public.
D. David Miscavige should issue a press release that he and Shelly are deeply in love

E. John Travolta should come out once a week and defend Scn.
F. John Travolta needs to start defending Scn to Air Traffic control personnel as he flys over the

G. David Miscavige needs to start a media campaign on how well he treats his members.

No wonder many of us on here cringe when we see COS (Cult of Scientology & Hubbard) members posting on here…
Ann B Watson says
Hi John Locke.Thank you Thank you for this post.I don’t feel so alone with what happened to me or why I feel the way I do about posters who are still in & probably OSA.That is why I decided to use my real name & location. It’s the least I can do to help them with their snooping on me.XO Ann B.

John, can you point out where this data is about beating up staff.
I was roughed up in the Sea Org in 1973. So this approach is from Ron regarding beating up staff?
I would love to know the reference. The source of this violence must be revealed. Actions come from ideas. Ideas are learned. Study tech is the means by which this drivel has been imprinted into our minds.
DM, having already a predisposition for violence, was truly fucked up by this data. Such a young man being influenced by Ron to hurt others.
Very sad, very sad indeed. Sometimes I feel sorry for DM. Equating violence and saving the world came from Ron. DM learned well.
John Locke says
Brian it was a PL or FO you study when a new staff member. As long as you don’t seriously injure the other person it isn’t the business of ethics if two staff get into a physical fight while pursuing their jobs. It’s an LRH policy that was hatched in the late 60’s. I pulled it out a couple times after laying out arrogant CMO staff who got in my face.
Brian says
Thanks John. I just found this on Marty’s site. If you scroll down to Jesse Prince’s entry it reveals his awareness of when Ron instructed David Muscavige to:
1) Spit in someone’s face
2) assign staff to hold someone while Dave beat up the person
Can you imagine a gullible, naïve young man seeking spiritual guidance and then being instructed by the man you consider the messiah to beat people up?
How would that define that boys reality on violence??????
And then he becomes obsessed with the violent injunctions to protect power: Bolivar
And then read “The Family Man is a GE?
This is what made DM into what he is today. He already had the predisposition to be violent.
Ron made him into a monster. He gave him justification to hurt people. Something he became very good at.
Miscavige needed psychological help, not instructions to harm others.
John Locke says
Thanks Ann B. But, the posters I’m referring to are NOT OSA. They are “Indie” Cult of Scientology members. They just prefer the Original Criminal over his successor…
Brian, Wow! I knew Jesse back in the day. Was friends with his wife. It makes sense that El Crim Hubbard gave orders that aligned with his published policies.
Brian says
How is it possible to be self correcting when the philosophy you follow, as taught by Ron, demands that you see any criticism or challenging negative opinion as a cosmic evil?
The philosophy DM follows is such a philosophy: Scientology
What if Ron said, ” anytime we have a flap with society we will do our best to see if it’s true and then get on a program to self correct”
What if that was the approach??
Instead we have:
1) Sue the bastards
2) the bastards are SPs
3) the bastards want to destroy the world and man’s “only hope.”
4) ALL THOSE WHO CRITICIZE SCIENTOLOGY ARE CRIMINALS
EVERY TIME WE INVESTIGATE CRITICS OF SCIENTOLOGY WE FIND THEY ARE …..CRIMINALS……….EVERYTIME!!!!! EVERYTIME!!!
5) They are all dramatizing implants
6) ruin them utterly
This behavior is flat out, straight up Hubbard, in writing, demoed and checked out.
Scientology can never be self correcting because Scientology has no awareness of itself.
It cannot see itself because it is suppressive to do so. That is because Ron was not self correcting. Ron always blamed other’s for his condition. Ron was not an aware guy. He did not have the spiritual and personal maturity to see his contribution to his condition.
Scientology has always blamed an outside source to describe its condition.
When we blame others for our condition, we surrender our power to change.
Scientology will not change or self correct because Ron blamed everyone but himself for his condition.
And DM is his poor sad demented product convinced that he is saving the world.
That’s just what delusional cults do: harm others to save the world.
Brian says
Dave, you were duped. You bought into a philosophy that that is a mixture of dangerous lies and some healing truth. And when you experienced the healing truth part, you assumed the lies were true also.
That in a nutshell is the essence of Scientology’s cognitive dissonance.
Beat the dog and then give him treats with loving coresses. Repeat over and over and you have one hell of a confused junk yard dog.
Mike Rinder says
And for the internal public we have the ultimate thought stopper:
When there is “entheta” press it is “proof” we are winning.
Old Surfer Dude says
Makes perfect sense to me. When the howling starts the sheeple celebrate because that’s a sign that EVERYTHING is straight up and vertical.
Mike, isn’t that line, “straight up and vertical” really saying the same thing twice? I guess it verifies the magnificence of DAVID “LET HIM DIE” MISCAVIGE.
cindy says
We are rightest when we are wrongest exemplifies, “When we get bad media press, it proves we are expanding more than ever.” That is such a brain wash implant, that George Orwell of “1984” book would be impressed. It is actually quite impressive how cunning and effective that one idea is. It allows at one fell swoop no inspection of any truth or news at all and beefs up their service facsimilies that DM and the church are right always and forever and especially if they are wrong.
Brian says
I love it! Lol
WE ARE RIGHT WHEN WE ARE WRONG.
This is the mindset of insanity.
And:
We are the saviors of all mankind yet all mankind think we are nuts.
And:
DM is the most OT man in the universe, Ron’s successor, yet………….
He is perceived by all media, Dave listen up, all media as a mentally unstable person.
What a trip, this Scientology drama. Always entertaining. Always one more revelation of some nutty dysfunction.
I believe we can trace the craziness back to study tech.
Study tech lays concepts in the mind quite effectively. The study tech is great. But some of the ideas are wrong or false knowledge.
The danger of false knowledge is illustrated in Scientology’s condition: enemy
Idle Morgue says
The thought stopper isn’t working anymore….Scientology is losing and the proof is in their empty builidings, documentaries, books published and bad, negative PR about its crimes.
It is really over for Miscavige. How much money will determine the life expectancy of Scientology.
Maybe Miscavige will R2-45 (or whatever killing oneself) hisself and move on to another planet to terrorize with Ron.
Ann B Watson says
Hi Idle Morgue, Like your post & if that happens I will avoid that planet like the plague. To,think I once wanted to be with him on a lonely planet a galaxy away. Shudder. Take Care Ann B.
Idle Morgue says
I also want to mention that inside the Orgs – that empty, lonely, vacant feeling permeates through each and every staff member and public that wants to believe “they helped”. When they hear these lies – deep down they know. They just keep on pretending because of the hopeless state of apathy they are really in, but won’t admit it.
Please play this song and think of staff, Sea Org, David Miscavige and all public members contributing to the motion of trying to keeping Scientology’s Show on the Road…..(this is how they really feel but will never admit).

Idle Morgue says
Well, Tom Cruise did become Scientology’s biggest dissemination tool, however, not in a good way at all.
In fact, Tom Cruise has damaged the reputation and has really helped us overall more. Us the relentless Es Pee’s that will not give up and will continue to do something about it until Scientology locks its doors for good.
Tom Cruise has gotten people to shine a light on the evil cult of Scientology and it’s dictator – David “Let Him Die, Blackheart” Miscavige. Tom Cruise has people communicating about Scientology and how it is a scam. Scientology only persists because it “lies”. Even Hubbard talked about that.
Tom Cruise has not gotten anyone into Scientology that stayed. He has not helped the Organization at all and has done more damage than any other celebrity due to exposing how it has negatively effected his family life. All three marriages have been shattered and destroyed.
His interest in Scientology from people has been more like to gawking at a train wreck.
I guess he deserves a Freedom Medal of Valour from us – the infamous and daunting SP’s.
Well done gang – pat yourself on the shoulder. We are doing something about it.
Gerhard Waterkamp says
I think Tom Cruise never was Scientology’s biggest dissemination tool. I think I he simply became Scientology’s biggest Tool.
CobGat Your$$ says
Or Scions biggest FOOL!
zemooo says
The only ‘notice’ TC has received about his ‘dissemination’ is Russell Brand saying he was not ‘courted’ to join or Russel Crowe saying that TC didn’t send him to a mOrg or try to get him to join. In the Crowe time period, TC was still married to Nicole Kidman.
TC has done nothing but bring more disdain upon the CO$. I wonder what his ‘steps A thru E’ look like? Or does lending Miscavage his airplane fix all?
Roger Hornaday says
Tom Cruise was (past tense) scientology’s status symbol. Now scientology is Tom’s embarrassment. A lot of water has passed under the bridge since Tom stood before those thousands of people and uttered the immortal words that shook the MEST universe:
“So Whadya say people? Are we gonna clean this place up?!!!”
At least when you’re skunked on alcohol you have the blessing of not being able to remember singing “I Did it My Way” with a lampshade on your head. Not so when you’re sloshed on Kool Aid. It’s got to be hard to live that stuff down.
NOLAGirl says
Not to worry Tiny Dictator. You’ll be very popular in prison.
Old Surfer Dude says
Yes. Yes he will. It may be tough for him to sit, but, yes, he will be VERY popular in prison.
NOLAGirl says
OSD, is it wrong that, that image makes me happy? 🙂
Gary Johnson says
If he doesn’t keel over from a heart attack first. The amount of stress he has created for himself is off the charts. My question is , will anybody do anything when he completely snaps, and do you think he has a medical directive or will for that matter?
Scientology billions could be an army of lawyers wet dream if he does go stark raving mad or into a coma.
NOLAGirl says
I honestly hope he doesn’t have a heart attack or take off for Target Two. That would be letting him off too easy. I want him locked up and those billable lawyer hours continuing to pile up. 🙂
cindy says
NOLA Girl, ha ha ha, funny! And no it isn’t wrong that the image makes you and me happy!
NOLAGirl says
🙂
His teeny little orange jumpsuit will match perfect with his skin.
Kathy H. says
DM will never end up in prison, he’s surely already made plans to flee the country ($$ stashed in foreign accounts), he’s too paranoid to hang around if everything really starts to fall apart. And then, his best buddy Tom, who laughably described DM as the most “competent, intelligent, compassionate leader”, will completely lose it…poor deluded Tom is probably the only Scientologist left who still thinks everything is going great.
Beryl says
DM pulled it in.
Artista says
Great job Mike……..David David you poor small man…. with big big lies
cindy says
Fascinating graphs Mike, good job! On the David “let him die” Miscavige graph, there is an up-tick around 2011 but no label. Do you know what might have caused that uptick of interest then?
Jose Chung says
Reference the unlabeled uptick was
about a Gay Magazine article on sacred Golden Thong
at Int.Base.
Maureen says
I think that spike in early 2011 was the New Yorker article “The Apostate” about Paul Haggis, written by Lawrence Wright.
Roger Yost says
“He gets no respect” & “Its all so unfair” almost makes me feel sorry for the midget….Nah not even a little bit.
GTBO says
To use their parlace “He’s pulled it in”
Serves him right.
BTW the 64x expansion probably refers to number of people leaving, going UTR or declared in the last 17 months.
Katniss Everdeen says
I thought the 64x expansion was Kirstie Alley’s ass.
cindy says
snicker snicker
McCarran says
“He gets no respect” & “Its all so unfair” The pity play. (The Sociopath Next Door, Martha Stout’s reference to a characteristic of a sociopath – the pity play.) When I read this book, I instantly thought of how so many who worked closely with David Miscavige spoke of Him saying so many times how he has to do it all himself. Poor Dave.

“This parrot has shuffled off its mortal coil and is pushing up the daisies.”
And here I thought that it was just pining for the Freewinds trip to the fjords… 😉
Apollo Baby says
For a laugh, (or severe reality adjustment if you are still hooked up to the e meter) you can put in up to five search terms and Google will graph the interest in them against each other. Very good to put things in perspective.
What did I learn from Google and the Internets?
Turns out that as of 2009 the sport of curling has overtaken interest in Scientology
As of 2011 there was more interest in toilet paper than Scientology
Since 2005 there’s been an average of 3x more interest in rocks than Scientology
Since 2005 there’s been an average of over 6x more interest in tires than Scientology
And depending on your view, encouragingly since 2005 there’s been more than 10x interest in flowers than Scientology.
https://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=Scientology%2C%20curling%2C%20rocks%2C%20tires%2C%20flowers&cmpt=q&tz=
Wendy M says
Yes BUT Apollo Baby, it was Scientology that created more interest in toilet paper by making it scarce.
Todde Salén says
DM real name should be David Miscarriage

Great post, Mike. I believe it’s going to be useful when addressing a kookaider or two that I’d like to salvage.
