See most recent post: Scientology’s Cowardly Celebrities.
Along with those celebrities is the other category of major enablers who remain conspicuously silent in the face of the abuses; the financial supporters, especially the “Whales.”
Here is a list of the biggest supporters of the IAS Not by any means complete and it excludes anyone who has given less than $1 million (there are many). Most of those named below have also give a lot of cash to the “Ideal Org,” L. Ron Hubbard Hall, Planetary Dissemination, “4th Dynamic: campaigns” and various other fundraisers. The figures are just their contributions to the IAS (scientology’s self-proclaimed “war chest”). Not all the figures are accurate as they continue to suck money out of these whales — the latest numbers will be included in the Impact magazine that will appear after the annual IS event coming up in a few weeks. They’ve never named Tom Cruise or John Travolta as donors, but they are certainly on this list.
These people deserve to be known and their names memorialized for the same reason er published the list of celebrities.

So I have a question: why can’t people who are being reputationally attacked by Cof$ just sue for defamation. Has that happened a lot?
I read a $cio smear on some website years ago that attacked that other Miscavige brother, forgot his name. If I was that guy I would’ve sued for defamation. It was a rambling, hateful, piece written in a very manic and unhinged writing style, as if written by a child having a temper tantrum. If the general public actually read that vitriol they’d end up siding with Miscavige. I remember laughing out loud during parts of it. It was truly atrocious.
They have smears on other people that they don’t like on that website too. Surely that is illegal? It’s incredibly unprofessional. Why couldn’t they have simply said something like “[person] has been a valued contributor to the social activities of the Scientology religion for ____ years but due to irreconcilable differences with current initiatives and directions of the church, has since parted ways. We wish him/her all the best in their new ventures.” End of story.
These people are truly dumb and living in some sort of fantasy world. It’s sad.

So, I’m wondering. These people – having these amounts of money to give – certainly have some kind of intelligence (mostly).
And, they will certainly have the same kind of info as we do. So, how about all these multiple millions of dollars – do they never wonder why in the world they don’t see more effect of that???
GL says
I reckon the “donations” are ultimately just tax deduction rip offs and top ups for Demento’s offshore bank accounts.
ValR says
And yet the IRS turns a blind eye. Follow the money, guys. Of course, there’s so much, they’re afraid of it by now.
Iamfromanywhere says
Yes, follow the money,
and let them dance alone

If you throw money at the Cof$ you can do no wrong.
Meanwhile, S.O worker bees live in dorms and work 12+ hours every day with no individuality or life of their own. The fat cats are pandered to and worshipped. The lowly S.O member gets instead: “where are your stats at?
To quote Cyndi Lauper: “Money changes everything.”
Iamnothere says
Giving the boss a present is definitely worth it!
But throwing money at the ants will attract more ants, and they will make you throw everything away.
Giving gifts is nice.

The term “useful idiots” applies here.

Why do I recognize Norm and Terri Novitsky’s names? Weren’t they Org execs somewhere in the past?
Mike Rinder says
Yes, she was the LC ASHO Fdn and he was a reg at ASHO, maybe in Tours?
Always happy when I see you here Mark.
Mark Fishet says
Thanks Mike. I knew I recognized those names. Obviously didn’t make that 5 million dollars in the Sea Org! Hope you and Christie are well after the hurricanes etc

Were these earthlings oppressed and blackmailed, or did they have their higher self?

Love this listing. Cowardly whales seems a bit of an understatement but I do not have a better choice of words. Fools or blockheads don’t cut it either as that would seem to imply they’re just stupid suckers when in fact they actively enable the abusive environment. Not only are they invested cultists but also complicit benefactors because – I believe – once they’ve donated, they actively close others to do the same and then cash in on the commissions at which point they become accomplices and co-conspirators in Miskiewics’ “donation” scheme.
Oh no says
I no longer see that Ex GO guy Craig Jensen on these lists. Did he ever wise up?
Mike Rinder says
Nope. Recently on promo piece about becoming superhuman which I wrote about here. Added him to list.
Cindy says
I notice Craig Jensen is listed without his wife, Sally Jensen. Did they divorce?
Mike Rinder says
She “dropped her body”
Cindy says
Wow, what took her out , if you know. That’s one way to escape a cult.
Oh No says
Wow, Thanks for the data Mike. Thanks for keeping the light on Scamology and it abuses
Dr. Jeff says
Wow! Stormy Daniels would f**k these folks for a lot less money than the IAS is…
and she won’t sec check you either
Alcoboy says
The downside is that she won’t get one of those bowling trophies Mike alluded to.
Dotey OT says
This speaks volumes about the cult’s capabilities of getting other people’s money. It also speaks to the illusion that is created, and how that illusion exceeds imagined boundaries.
There is another story of how they get money from less affluent people. These are the people that really should not donate as much as is being asked for, but it’s done with the idea that it is going towards a good cause. The stress and pressure of this is immense
The cult is exceptionally good at:
– Getting money
– Using the legal system to thwart honest people from redress of wrongs
– Exploiting children for it’s own benefit
– Covering it’s own crimes, and the crimes of it’s highly placed donators/celebs
– Creating “friends” such as the LAPD to use lawfare against protestors

“Super Whale Trish Duggan”…here I go again…what does this woman have ON? How could she leave the HOUSE tarted up so ludicrously…how could her KIDS allow her to be photographed in that shudder-worthy thing. The basic black lower part of the dress is fine and suits her, it has a clean close line that even slims her, but then she has to go and ruin the whole goddamned effect with that garishly multi-colored snakey-looking thing to hold the dress up…omg, this woman…aside from the koolaid drinking there has to be something else wrong with her. No kidding, she has to be mental.
