The Dark Side of the Radical Church of Scientology is revealing itself piece by piece. Today, sort-of-celebrity Stacy Francis took a cheap shot at Nicole Remini after she spoke up in support of her sister. And with that the sliming of Nicole has begun. In a non-sequitur, offensive tweet, Francis put on display the level of hatred the church of Miscavige expects from those seeking to prove themselves “on the team.” One is supposed to "take off the gloves" when someone has been labeled “fair game” (meaning “connected to someone who is no longer toeing the party line). Francis decided that thr … [Read more...]
Disconnection? No Such Thing….
Watching the saga of the church of Scientology deal with Leah Remini and her family unfold is like watching a clogged toilet overflow. The inevitable unfolds before your very eyes and you know nothing is going to stop it. You know exactly what's coming and hope by some miracle that it will stop before it overflows and the shit goes everywhere. See the story this morning on Tony Ortega's site about the orchestrated campaign to turn Leah and her family into "unpersons". The RCS in its typical style is not just overflowing, they are backwashing their entire septic system over the ai … [Read more...]
The Church Responds to Leah Remini Stories With Arrogant Hypocrisy
The sh*tstorm surrounding Leah Remini's departure from the church has brought out the best in Scientology media relations. This one obviously called for the Big Guns.... The entirety of the response to stories now running in major (and minor) media around the world reporting on Miscavige abusing people, the church being engaged in "thought" reform through sec checks/Truth Rundown, breaking up families with disconnection and the disappearance of Miscavige's wife Shelly (among other things) is: "The Church respects the privacy of parishioners and has no comment about any individual Church … [Read more...]
What Scientology Could Be
One of our Special Correspondents sent this in and I felt it worthy of a separate post. I am interested in your comments. I don't agree with some of the sentiments expressed here but I believe it is food for thought and perhaps from the responses we might gain some insight into what is considered valuable, important or unwanted. Fire away! Mike A Vision of What Scientology Could Be... A vital part of evaluating any situation, good or bad, is to envision the Ideal Scene for that activity. How this is done is laid out in detail in Data Series 12, HCO PL 5 July 1979, HOW TO FIND AND … [Read more...]
Scientology Disconnection – The Numbers
Thanks to all for your kind and encouraging wishes following our wedding. They were very well received by us and greatly appreciated. We now return to regularly scheduled programming.... Recently I have posted a number of articles on the subject of Scientology Disconnection-see here for the overview: Scientology Disconnection Policy Exposed. One of the most interesting was the result of a survey to establish exactly WHO the Church of Scientology is so eager to declare. It showed the bulk of those declared were long time, well trained and experienced Scientologists. (Results here) Another … [Read more...]

Scientology Golden Age Of SP Declares
The Golden Age of "Suppressive Persons" For many years now the Church of Scientology has been declaring people as "suppressive" as control mechanism in a losing battle to limit questioning and criticism of the David Miscagive's Brave New Scientology World. (See Disconnection Scientology's Nasty Secret to understand this practice) The impetus for this survey was the response to a series of postings on the subject of Disconnection and particularly one concerning "SP Declares" . I wondered what the bigger picture looked like. I know my own experience and that of others I had read about or sp … [Read more...]
SP Declare Survey
Given the interest in the last posting: Disconnection -- Where Are The Declare Orders? I am interested to hear from as many as possible about their experiences with being declared a Suppressive Person in the last 10 years. (It's not that anyone declared in previous years was less valid -- I just made an arbitrary cutoff to keep this somewhat manageable). Many of you have made public statements and are listed in the Indy 500 list. I would still like to hear from you. Others have walked away completely and are no longer practicing Scientology in any way - I would like to hear from you to … [Read more...]
Scientology Disconnection — Who Qualifies To Be Declared?
This is the second in a series of postings examining the subject of Scientology disconnection practices. See Disconnection -- Scientology's Nasty Secret. Who qualifies for disconnection? The simple answer is “anyone deemed an undesirable.” It used to be true that one disconnected from Suppressive Persons if they could not be handled. And Suppressive Persons are denominated as those individuals who display the majority of characteristics of the anti-social personality. Old School Think According to “old school” Scientology thinking: As they only comprise 20% of the population and as on … [Read more...]
Disconnection — Scientology’s Nasty Secret
While Scientology spokespeople have routinely denied that “enforced disconnection exists”, anyone who is familiar with the Corporate Church of Scientology knows only too well about disconnection. Like so much else in the Corporate Scientology empire, its an ugly truth to be hidden from the “wog” world through a game of carefully worded deception of the same order as Bill Clinton’s infamous “I did not have sexual relations with that woman.” When you see a church spokespeople emphatically state “there is no policy of enforced disconnection” in Scientology, the language is carefully c … [Read more...]
