This week is dominated by two orgs on the endless quest to become "ideal" -- Miami and Edinburgh. But plenty of other fun too. Ridiculously amazing Ridiculously: so as to invite mockery or derision; absurdly. Amazing: causing great surprise or wonder How to handle a speeding ticket? Scientology is absolutely certain L. Scientology New Year’s Hype
On New Year's Day I posted a comment to my Facebook page welcoming in the new year with some humor from David Miscavige's address to the faithful sheeple at the event in Los Angeles. A few other observations beyond noting the utter gibberish he spouted about compressed time and warp speed, a year equivalent to "a thousand years of triumph" and "arriving on the porch of eternity." I am ignoring the horrendous (from his perspective) events of the year that he also ignored. They need not be recounted, it suffices merely to say the words "Going Clear" passed the lips of orders of magnitude more … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies
Best gift ever... Pay for them to attend one of our fundraising dinners where they will be hounded and harassed until they have turned over anything they have... OT IX and X on the brink of release How do we know? Because the "OTC Production Secretary" announced it. Funny, Dear Leader usually likes to take credit... Celebrate the Sucesses [sic] There are only about 10 words on this -- and they still cannot spell them right. Ensuring mankind has a future Nothing conceited about this. Cambridge "ideal" org can't reach beyond the sidewalk... Mega … [Read more...]
The Latest Con
The cons just keep rolling in. Though they also have an element of armed robbery. You are presented with a unilateral dictate "here is how things are now, and that means you have to turn over more money to us." This one is a new angle I hadn't seen before. In "celebration" of the "golden" age of tech, they have issued NEW Clear and OT bracelets -- "in accordance with LRH's precise instructions." Of course, they cost an arm and a leg. But tough. It's all justified when it is making "planetary clearing a reality." The old ones are no good any more. And Colin Davie, the robot … [Read more...]
New New OT VI No Longer Requires A PhD
You will be thrilled to hear the magnificent breakthroughs that have been made now with GAG II reaching the very top of the bridge. The old, crappy, altered versions they have been selling now for 30 years have been replaced, for the third time, with all new, much better stuff. These announcements sound like old laundry soap ads -- "2X whiter", "you won't believe how bright your colors are", "now with super cleaning power", "amazing suds/theta boster", "much longer lasting and faster too"... Here is a new email explaining it all from our old friend Sandy Dodwell. I highlighted some … [Read more...]
The “Golden Age” of Narconon and Idealiness
Everything in scientology these days is about "ideal" and "golden age" -- terms that are bandied about constantly. Narconon is apparently experiencing a "golden age" that appears to be a measure of how many people die in their facilities, multiplied by the number of lawsuits filed against them, plus the total of zoning variance application rejections x inches of entheta media. It's straight up and vertical. Hip hip hooray. We have seen the magnificent "grand openings" of "ideal" Narconons in Clearwater, Baton Rouge and yesterday on the Bunker it was Eslov in Sweden -- apparently a one man … [Read more...]
The Scientology Circular Bridge to Nowhere
How pathetic is this? They try to make it sound so wonderful -- after years (likely decades) and many hundreds of thousands of dollars, the big news is the "excitement" of doing the Purif and SRD over again. And then, the "wins" of redoing the Student Hat and "the Basics". Apparently, the pinnacle of scientology today is the bottom of the Bridge. The PhD's of scientology are promoting the "wins" of going back and redoing Primary School as if they are so much more important now that they have attained the highest available levels. It used to be that the "prerequisites" for each OT … [Read more...]
Freewinds Desperation
There are no public to reg and no situation causes a greater state of terror on the mighty Sea Org flagship. Hitting an iceberg would cause less fear and panic Apparently even the tiny number of OT VII completions (5-10 per week) are not showing up at the Freewinds for OT VIII. So, how are they planning to solve their dilemma? By announcing they are inventing some service to convince people they should go to the Moneywinds to get "debugged" on going onto OT VIII. I guess they haven't put too much thought into this. It seems pretty clear to me that if they can get someone to agree to pa … [Read more...]
Removing Arbitraries From The Arbitraries, Again
Apparently it's no longer called "revising" - in scientology newspeak it is now called "un-revising". Undoing the arbitraries implemented by [squirrel who Shall Not Be Named], this magnificent "new" Solo NOT's course is SO MUCH BETTER than the last one. The one they have been pushing for 20 years as the pinnacle of achievement in scientology. The one so important that you had to fly to Flag and pay them to sec check you every 6 months to ensure you were doing it properly. This is the course Dear Leader his personal self re-did in the 90's to "remove all the arbitraries" added by … [Read more...]
Flag BS
More bs from Flag. Do people really buy this garbage? Can you imagine promoting the fact that the course you have been delivering for years as "the perfect, standard Golden Age of Tech Solo Course" used to take 5 WEEKS and now takes 8 days? Without ANY explanation, other than "it's better and more golden than it was before." Wonder how those people who paid for 5 weeks of rip off hotel and meals at Flag feel about that? Or those who spent 27 extra days slogging through ARBITRARIES when they had been promised a few times previously that "all arbitraries had been removed." But more … [Read more...]
