The red flag is flying on Miscavige's eroding sandcastle. This email is a sure "tell" that he is concerned. Concerned about his own PR and concerned about how he has not had a June 6th event and doesn't have a date for the "GAT II" big top extravaganza which is obviously going beyond his announced target of "late July." The natives are getting restless so he figures a good dose of Dear Leader in all his glory will help placate the rumblings of discontent. Miscavige considers this 1993 "War Is Over" event his greatest performance and most significant accomplishment. He has directed it be s … [Read more...]
The International Association of Scams
Here is some update information about the activities of the International Association of Scams. Now you too can get one of those neato IAS jackets, portfolios or messenger bags to make your outfit complete. Note the "quote" that is used here without attribution: "The single most dauntless, defiant and resolute group this world has ever seen". Dear Leader is going to be raising hell about that... It is interesting that orgs now have "targets" for the IAS and "targets" for "Ideal Org fundraising" -- I wonder if they have any targets for auditors made or releases? Probably the only "tar … [Read more...]
IAS Way To Happiness Claims — Fact Check
Next in the series from our intrepid IAS Fact Checker. His/her work is greatly appreciated. The Good, the Bad and the UglyPart Three – Building a Better Worldby Natasha Boris As a simple guide to better living, The Way to Happiness booklet follows basically understood moral codes that can be easily agreed upon by many people. There have been plenty of write-ups done by others exposing the flaws in the costing to produce and print but we had to ask, how many people are actually getting them? Is the world becoming a better place in the areas that have had distribution? The IAS claims they ass … [Read more...]
Help This Man Save The World NOW! Where Is The IAS?
Read this NOW!!! It is URGENT!! The world is coming to an end SOON!!! Act NOW!! Boston is taking the lead in the Nutball Stakes -- zooming past the Valley Comic Doorknobs with this follow up to their fridge magnet email. But the real question about this is WHERE IS THE IAS WHEN YOU NEED IT? Surely the IAS could spring $150 for 1200 DVDs to be run at Gold and $100 to ship them out. This is after all a Humanitarian program (that I fully support) and it could get a LOT of "good PR". So, why is Kevin Hall having to BEG people to give him money to get DVDs that the church can run off at … [Read more...]
The IAS — The Black Heart of the Scientology Vulture Culture
The history of the International Association of Scientologists is worth knowing. Its initial value (in 1984) as a repository of funds outside the reach of the IRS in 1984 may be debated. It seemed like a good way of protecting money. The IAS had nothing to do with the “Portland Crusade” though David Miscavige has made it part of his history now. (As a note, the "winning tradition" born in Portland is another sleight of hand -- the losing tradition of a $39 million judgment was born in Portland and then carried on in Los Angeles with another judgment for Wollersheim that was NOT vacated in sp … [Read more...]
IAS Human Rights Claims — Fact Check
Next in the series of efforts to fact check the vague claims of "what your support for the IAS buys". Of interest is that virtually no update of the IAS site has been done since 2007. The same unverifiable generalities are there from when the site was first created. Kudos to Natasha Boris for performing the thankless task of wading through the bs to try to verify any smallest specific that may have slipped into the pages of the IAS website. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Part Two – Human Rights by Natasha Boris From the Human Rights Reference Handbook: “Human rights are ‘commonly under … [Read more...]
The Captain FSO Explains His Priorities
Here is a new email laying out the priorities for the Flag OT Committee as directed by the clown in charge of the FSO. A couple of comments: The FIRST priority for the FSO is "Ideal Orgs"? Bizarre. More evidence that "Command Intention" (ie Miscavige orders) has taken the place of all other policy/programs/orders in the RCS. Believe me, this ONE thing alone would be enough for Miscavige to be declared by LRH. There are enough old timers around who can recall the wrath that rained down on anyone who cut across the FSO's main line business... The SECOND priority is the IAS. And the same old lies … [Read more...]
Library Campaign Fraud
Paul Cocovinis posted a report about the number of Dianetics and Scientology library books in the libraries of London. This is an on-the-ground, in person account of the state of affairs. It is not too surprising, the only thing that is amazing is that like the IAS and so many other arms of the Vulture Culture -- they roll forward promoting the lie that the money they suck out of you is actually accomplishing some useful purpose. The church KNOWS the reality of this. People pay FULL PRICE for sets of books that are supposedly "now in every library in xxxxxx." They KNOW how many returns they … [Read more...]
How Desperate Are They?
The desperation within the Vulture Culture is becoming more visible. See the below email. Golden Age of The Vulture Culture
This "success"/ IAS promo piece/COB PR release was recently sent to me. While I am sure Kathy Feshbach had wins, there is a huge elephant sitting in the middle of her gushing wonderment at the brilliance of COB. How can an OT VIII, Class VIII "Full Golden Age of Knowledge" completion conclude that the most valuable thing for her to do is be a full time reg for the IAS? I guarantee you in everything she studied there was not A SINGLE MENTION of the IAS. I guarantee you also that she missed a whole lot of references to the value of auditors and auditing. Somehow … [Read more...]
