Joburg Org is working overtime to get those old thetans in young bodies back onto the Bridge. Quite possibly these are the only public on service in the org.... There are after all only two students' graphs on the wall.   When these courses are delivered in schools or businesses, they are denominated as "secular"... They are exactly the same thing in a scientology org (in this case Jobur) as they are in a Delphi school or a WISE Consulting business.
