Recently, a letter from the "Claims Verification Board" came to my attention. In it they state: "It has always been church policy that anyone requesting a refund/repayment must do so within 3 months" -- so of course, they denied the request for return of funds (as they ALWAYS do). This is NOT in fact even what "church policy" says. Let's go through what L. Ron Hubbard said "church policy" is with respect to giving dissatisfied customers their money back (remember, the entire Victorian Inquiry came about because Hubbard refused to return a small amount of money to one … [Read more...]
The Great Wisdom of Ron
Every day, Tony Ortega has a piece of Hubbard wisdom from the same date in history. The one from May 28th struck me. “Now, you’re a registrar and somebody is coming in, or you’re signing up PCs. (All of you have to wear a registrar’s hat at one time or another.) And you’re trying to get somebody to get some auditing, you’re a registrar, see? Of course, those who want their money back don't really want to continue participating, so this is never a big deal when they hand over their cash. What they … [Read more...]
How Flag Applies Scientology Policy
This is a brand new letter from the infamous Cara Golashesky, the so-called FLB "Justice Chief." It is a letter to a person who has NEVER BEEN TO FLAG. He never signed any waivers or agreements. He did nothing other than hand over his money, and when he politely asked for it back as he had never made the trip to the US to partake in the "Flag Welcome Package" he was told to go pound sand. Here is his statement: Now that was some "welcome" from the "friendliest place in the world." This is Flag think: We come to Italy and make you all sorts of false promises … [Read more...]
