The Chan Man
If you didn’t see the leaked video of his talk on Tony Ortega’s site, you missed something. What a wackadoodle! And scientology apologists claim they DON’T promise superhuman powers…
Flag must be desperate — they are giving away dinner and have some FSM doing their pitches for them. Hubbard is spinning in his figurative grave.
The All White Durban event?
Not really in good taste….
And the big names are the Boshoff’s? Must be down there waiting to suck up to True Leader when he cuts the ribbon on the biggest boondoggle ever — an AO for the few, tiny, failing orgs in South Africa.
Medal Meghan
Now part of “your team” in Denver? Guess she blew NY?

Flag is seriously desperate. Can’t keep their occupancy above 10%? Probably everyone has taken off for South Africa….
You can’t get a room at the Holiday Inn Express at this time of year in Florida for less than $175. Let alone chocolate covered strawberries and free breakfast. But then again, Holiday Inn actually has to pay their employees…
$10 to solve Social Unrest, Economic Instability and World Divisiveness
Now that really IS a bargain!
This says a lot…
Obviously the Running Pgm at Flag isn’t bursting at the seams, they are sending the In Charge to Ireland. That his wife is there means nothing in the SO.
Apparently Ireland “ideal org” is staffed by SO Members???
Obviously Ireland somehow gets special treatment because no org would deserve to take a Flag Sea Org member… Maybe Tom Cruise is actually moving to Ireland?
They look happy…
Waxing enthusiastic perhaps?
They really have nothing to be happy about — they’ve had an “ideal” building for at least 15 years.
Largest Ever…
I bet there were at least 25 people in attendance — and 25 Regges.
Well, this is what Hubbard called “Dropped out time”
When do you think he did this? When he was on staff or before joining?
This is what Hubbard called “Falsehood”
The thing that gets MOST neglected when you are on staff in scientology is your family.

The Chan Man will give you dinner to show up at his stuff.
The guys who have the answers to all the problems in the world only charge $10.
What are those things? Hedgehogs?
Must be some amazing news from someone who “visited” the HAPI org. It’s a tiny dump.

These guys just go from place to place to be heroes and gain status apparently.
Here they are again…
What is the message here?
Pretty women on staff at Tampa?
Yep
Though this one is more in the “smoldering” category.
Join staff. Maybe you’ll get lucky….
114 Clears in a year
Well, that is pretty amazing. Probably 10 times what any other org made in a year.
Only thing is, the population of Tampa grew by 61,000 last year. So, you went BACKWARDS on “Clearing Tampa”
Are there any males on staff at Tampa?

Makes me sad I’m an evil SP apostate whose life changed dramatically for the better when I told the Cof$ to fuck off. Then again, being the saviors of mankind and all maybe they’ll make an exception for me just this once, I’d love to get Noodle man’s recipe for spiritual stir fry. And don’t believe for a minute he’s at Flag only because (it’s safe there with all that security) it’s a captive audience desperate for the return of the sauce of all things zero. Hey? Maybe they can raffle off that Mercedes at the same time – you feeling lucky, want an evening you’ll never forget?

A double Holiday Whammy for the Denver Still ins.
First, an IAS dinner on the 29th where they’ll be squeezed dry.
Then on the 31st a New Years Eve Event where they’ll be stood up on their heads and shaken for any loose change on them before being put thru the final wringer..
Whilst all this is going on they will need to remain “uptone”. They will need to applaud and be very friendly. Their torturers require a great deal of praise, acknowledgement and approval. Its important that the Still Ins be enthusiastic and grateful for their torture, after all.
When I think of all the New Year’s Eve’s I spent like this I get a little heartsick.
And its not even the money; if you can believe that.
its the…waste, I suppose is the word.
The total waste of being at a Scientology New Year’s Eve event, watching a boring, overly long, way too loud video full of fake news. That they were badly presented was one thing, but that they were all full of lies – that’s quite another. Just a total waste.
Oh,well, let us bow our heads and give thanks, each of us, for having whatever it took to walk away from this cult.

Aqua – I can’t think of a more miserable place to be that at a Scientology mORGue on New Year’s Eve. They are cannibalizing their own people and the number of still ins is dwindling down to nothing.

Hey Aqua, the fact that they can do this to Denver public is outrageous. There needs to be more bullhorn shouting out the financial abuses still ongoing. Their unethical fundraising must become clear, as it is both a civil issue and a spiritual travail being committed simultaneously.

I think Scientology needs to be called the Science of Gaslighting.
There is a whole lot of GASLIGHTING going on in St Louis with the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org program.
Wow – these poor members have reached levels of delusion only found in Psych Wards.
According to my relative, still in and drinking the kool-aid heavily, the St Louis Church of Scientology is selling the Ideal Org building purchased 11 years ago and keeping the property they have been in since 2000 at 6901 Delmar Avenue, St Louis, MO 63130.
To make matters more insane, the Church of Scientology is telling members they now need to raise over $16,000,000 million to renovate a 15,000 sq.ft. building.
Did all of their common sense get audited out going up the Bridge? Who falls for these lies?
My relatives do, I am sad to say.
In 2007, they purchased an Ideal Org building at 2345 Lafayette in the City of St Louis for $1,600,000.
In 2008, they purchased the property next door for parking. They paid $500,000.
Look up the records here:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwi_253nvsDfAhVr5IMKHd9oARkQFjAAegQIABAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stlouis-mo.gov%2F&usg=AOvVaw0-f59Dr90504lXCH6K2VL2
Property and Real Estate – Address and property search. 2343 – 45 Lafayette & 2351 Lafayette 63104
They pay approximately $55,000 each year for real estate taxes on 2345 Lafayette.
That is over $550,000 for real estate taxes for an empty building.
2351 Lafayette was purchased for the parking lot.
The taxes are approx. $5,000 / year. Over $55,000 in real estate taxes for an empty parking lot.
Here is a St Louis Post Dispatch newspaper article from 2010 announcing the renovation and opening in the Spring.

Chad Lane, the Executive Director reports: remember – this is 2010
“By spring, restoration should be complete on the ornate auditorium of the German House, the 82-year-old Lafayette Square landmark where the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra recorded in the 1950s.”
“The restoration will cost $940,000, plus about $100,000 to deal with lead paint.
Chad Lane, the church’s executive director in St. Louis, said the nearly 65,000-square-foot building is the ideal size for expansion in the metro area.
“It was quite a search we did,” he said. “We have very specific requirements on the square footage and such.”
“My impression is they have a lot of money, so they have the ability to do a nice job,” she said.
Linda Skinner, president of the Lafayette Square Restoration Committee, said the project will eliminate a neighborhood eyesore. She added that she approves of the church’s decision to allow outside groups and individuals to use the auditorium for weddings, meetings and other events.
“It’s nice that someone is taking ownership of it and actually restoring it,” she said.
I wonder if Scientology will talk to the reporter, Tim Bryant, St Louis Post Dispatch, and explain what happened and why they are selling it. 314-340-8206
Mike – is this legal? Seems to me the IRS needs to be checking into this.

Thanks for that reporting of St. Louis’ travails, and the details.
From what I can see of the small rendering of the proposed St. Louis renovations that’s on one of the promo pieces showing all the ideal orgs, they now plan to put an addition on the existing building, presumably of about 35,000 square feet to bring it up to what seems to be standard size. But the locals would have to raise the vast amount of money for that, apparently at a cost approaching $500 per square foot, or around ten times normal commercial construction costs – and get approval from the city, which presumably will be opposed by neighbors in the largely residential area where it’s located.
It seems there’s been talk about selling the historic property they initially bought to renovate into an “ideal” facility, for about 5 years now. I wonder now if they’re hanging onto it, until they’re sure that they can get approval to expand at the old location. And in the meantime, the broke and struggling local org is saddled with the large annual tax bill (possibly being paid out of money raised for renovations and construction), which shows how wasteful and even financially destructive these projects actually are.
p.s. The other major debacle I’m aware of, is the approximately million dollars they got in a settlement for damage that supposedly occurred in the first few years they owned (and neglected) the building, which was put towards repairs and limited renovations about 2010, around the time they were claiming the building would be finished within a year. There have been several comments about the project posted here over time, that the insurance claim was actually fraudulent.
Ex St Louis Member Hiding UTR says
Peacemaker – St Louis Scientologists have been overrun! Those poor fools.
You mean to tell me they had to bankrupt the field in St Louis to purchase the Lafayette property in 2007 because the building on Delmar was not large enough? Now they are adding on to the Delmar property? WOW! That is crazy.
The science of spin = Scientology.
The Lafayette building is 60,000 sq.ft. We heard they are selling it too. But, the way things are going in St Louis, I would not be surprised if David Miscavige keeps both buildings for another 20 years because this SCAM WORKS!
Miscavige learned from the 20 year Super Power SCAM that these sheep will keep giving as long as there is smoke and mirrors and the appearance of their delusion taking form. Miscavige does just enough to KEEP THE SHOW ON THE ROAD!
Miscavige has gotten filthy rich using other people’s money buying real estate.
Back in 2007 – we were told the Co$ in St Louis was going to keep the building on Delmar as the World’s Largest Test Facility because so many people would be pouring into Scientology after Scientology Media Productions and Super Powers.
Now they are adding on to the Delmar property?
How do you spell insanity? S-C-I-E-N-T-O-L-O-G-Y
See the Post Dispatch article:
“After thieves took copper gutters and downspouts, water leaked through the roof last year and ruined much of the auditorium’s maple floor, which must be replaced”.
We have photos of the building right after they purchased it.
The auditorium floor was all buckled and the building was a disaster with the roof leaking buckets of water onto the auditorium floor.
The photos are time dated and they are locked in a secure off site location in the event anyone wants to kick that hornets nest. Let us know. We are out and UTR and feel we can’t do anything about it because we still have family in the cult. We hope our family members wake up.
The “cherch” claimed the auditorium floor and roof was damaged due to gutters that had been stolen and they were able to collect $1,000,000 from the insurance company and used that money to mislead people into donating more money. Then they did not even use Scientologists to do any of the construction work, which really pissed some of the members off.
Chad Lane, the lead Fundraiser, told other $cientology fundraisers not to tell members the money came from the insurance company. He said members need to think the money came from members or they won’t give as much.
This is known as a “shill” or whatever the term $cientology fundraisers use to hornswoggle more money out of people.
Definition of SHILL: shill noun
1a : one who acts as a decoy (as for a pitchman or gambler)
So at one of the fraudulent fundraising events Chad Lane announced “renovations to be completed in the spring” in 2010 to get people to dig deep and give. Some members lost their homes and filed foreclosure. Chad Lane lied.
What does the Way to Happiness say about telling the Truth ?
Has the Truth been audited out of Scientologists?
Me thinks so.
Clusters of Naughty Bee Tee's says
This is insane. How does this cult get away with manipulating, deceiving and pressuring people to buy a building NOW NOW NOW and then for 11 years never do it??? And on top of that they are paying real estate taxes of over $600,000.
WTF?
I am curious as to how many $ciendollatrist’s filed bankruptcy and lost homes to foreclosure for these shenanigans. $cientology cries “we need it NOW NOW NOW to clear the planet when they have cleared NO ONE in 65 years. How many clears does St Louis make? ZERO! They only produce robots who can’t and won’t think for themselves. They are idiots cannibalizing each other until they destroy each other.
By the way lurkers and never ins, there is no such state as Clear or OT. Only levels of delusion.
Yet the Church of $cientology continues to finagle, dupe and bamboozle people out of tons of money to raise funds for renovations they have to have NOW NOW NOW
While the funds required to start renovations goes up each month and year without any explanation for 11 fucking years. And these morons are paying $55,000 a year for real estate taxes for 11 years???
I need a drink!
Heh St Louis Scientologists – Come to PT for fucking sakes.
Someone may want to tell those sheeple, clubbed seal – robots in St Louis that the WOG WORLD has the tech to construction costs. It ain’t rocket science. $16,000,000 to renovate a 15,000 sq.ft. building??? That is $1,066 per square foot. The appropriate cost to build a fucking church in 2008 was $1.78 million – to build.
Are these Scientologists RETARDED?
Even an Oat Tea Ate like Leslie Brock, who is leading the fundraising for the Idle Morgue, last we heard, can’t figure that out? Talk about being cause over nothing! Scientology – that is a FLUNK
Our inside mole told us Leslie Brock refinanced her house to become a humanitarian or something foolish like that.
St Louis Church of Scientology and the Scientologists are beyond hope if they can’t figure this get rich scam put on by David Miscavige.
They are too far gone and will go down with the sinking ship of $cientology.

Scientologists become unethical and dumb from doing Scientology
Many are very irresponsible too. Filing bankruptcy and not paying home loans after donating all of their money to a Church that has no transparency is totally irresponsible
Aquamarine says
They’re not retarded. Just dumb. They don’t see what they don’t want to see. Scientologists don’t have the market cornered on this btw. I know a number of people who are willfully blind, deaf and dumb about certain things. People can have blind spots. Something HAS TO BE true, or not true: someone HAS TO BE a certain way – good or evil or whatever. Blind spots. Politics, religion, family, loved ones, their boss – it can be anything or anyone. Of course there are the UTRs who appear to be dumb but are not, they’re just pretending. But the old, long in, die hard Scientologists who know the truth and yet refuse to acknowledge it – they’re being stupid on purpose and the risk with that is that after a while they become stupid for real. They’ll go down with the ship.

And more seriously: couldn’t find both the women, but then again a lot of Scientologists have no web presence.

Interesting that the Cause Resurgence I/C has a Mercedes Benz. With the usual staff pay he could not have afforded it. But it seems he had money of his own when he joined FSO and was able to buy the car.
The add notes the Mercedes was only used during weekends. Lucky boy, as the norm of FSO became to cancel your Saturday libs because the RTC stat was down.
Anyway, I am glad he is leaving to another more quiet Org in Ireland to be with his wife and as far away as possible from miscabage’s inspections of FSO.
Balletlady says
The car was driven only weekends but has “new tires”….. How could he wear out the “old tires” if he only drives the car on week ends?

Bright idea: for our ideal org fundraisers, let’s ask management for “Five-Years-Later” videos from all the past Ideal Orgs! Once we show everyone the videos of how busy and expanding they all are, how EASY it all becomes, we’ll just rake in the money and be done in no time!!!!
I will be forming innocent questions around this concept to banana peel callers imploring me to attend these quicksand events.
Benjamin Spock says
Seeing that the most reliable way to make new Scientologists these days is to give birth to them, those Tampa Org staff recruitment photos make a lot of sense.

I’d bet 50% of my donation that the balances Chicago and St Louis are showing are madeup out of thin air. Seems those ad wizards in Chicago are math challenged for when is 100% match of your donation a mere 50%? Clearly a dumb dumb move because the hype would have been 2X and we know missing an opportunity for hype is never let slide if at all possible.
Aquamarine says
Fake stats, fake expansion wins, fake news. But really, it doesn’t matter what the cult spouts because the Still Ins will swallow it whole every time. They believe anything Miscavige tells them. Except for the UTRs of course. But then the UTRs are not really IN. They’re only pretending.
jim says
I’ma thinking the photos of youthful and happy faces belong to paid actors/actresses. Check on Regraded Being on Friday to see the real faces of the sea Org.
PeaceMaker says
Kansas City does actually look as if it’s on track to be one of the orgs to finally get into its “ideal” facility in the coming year. Recent promo has indicated that there’s a typical final push for them to get outside help to complete their fundraising and actually begin renovations, and there have been reports of signs that construction has started*.
But St. Louis is another matter. Cummins and Bridgeforth probably have a safe bet that the dwindling and asset-stripped local field there isn’t going to come up with the remaining 70% of the matching donation challenge by the end of the year.
I think I’ve seen pieces about Fialkoff in Denver several times now. I wonder if she goes out there to ski or something, and then drops by the org.
And did Tampa make those 114 clears in a year, or is that one of their deviously deceptive attempts to lead people to mistaken conclusions with their propaganda without blatantly making false claims, and it was actually accomplished in some longer time frame like the 7 years since they went “ideal”? Still, it’s possible that Tampa, apparently operating as sort of a lower-cost satellite of Flag in Clearwater, is responsible for some large portion of whatever relatively small number of “clears” that Scientology is making these days – quite possibly including a significant number of people told that they weren’t really “clear” and need a re-do.
* Among several reports, Rod Keller recently published some Kansas City construction permits in a piece on Mike Rinder’s blog: https://tonyortega.org/2018/12/16/where-in-the-us-the-next-set-of-scientology-ideal-orgs-will-be-popping-up-next/
Rip Van Winkle says
Yes: Tampa is the dumping ground for Flag’s outcasts and hopeful petitioners, or not qualled OT wannabes. No other class 5 org has a farm fishing pool of the like.
LA org has brief flashes, but always sinks rapidly after the latest prop-up missions. LA org = The Titanic.
gorillavee says
It’s all women at Tampa because the husbands have to get jobs that actually pay money, so they can afford to live
editorchrisshugart says
114 Clears out of Tampa? I find that hard to believe. That’s a hefty chunk of “Bridge” for anyone to achieve. As my math teacher always insisted, “Show your work.” I do the math in my head and it’s not adding up. 114 Clears in a year surely represents hundreds of intensives, and hundreds of hours of CSing, wouldn’t you think? And auditors still get crammed don’t they? Unless they’ve turned the state of Clear into a “quickie” grade, making 114 Clears in a year would require a lot of manpower. And we’re not talking RPF grunt work, but Tech and Qual delivery by supposedly well trained staff. I’d need to see some weekly stat reports before I’d believe their numbers. I remain skeptical.
Rip Van Winkle says
GAT 2 is one big quickie (did a bunch), they shoved every available staff member thru to then keep busy auditing staff up to clear to lure in more staff with bridge promises. The clear stats include staff. They can be “cleared” rather quickly. Cute attempt, but futile in the end.
editorchrisshugart says
I did a couple of courses with GAT. I was so underwhelmed and unimpressed. Rote and robotic. It all seemed so wrong. A doctor friend of mine may have said it best: “Sometimes you need to ignore all the computerized diagnostic equipment and just look at your patient.”
